Mention below as per my reflective analysis in the form of
SWOT is being undertaken which helps me to identify my
strength and weaknesses and provides me opportunity
through which I can overcome my weaknesses by
overcoming threats in a well-defined and effective manner.

which I can fulfill my goals and objectives efficiently.

SMART goal
I want to be a successful leader by the end of 2022 for which
I will take use of guidance, coaching and online platform.
Tis will help me to support my career development. I will
strongly commit to reading articles, book in order to connect
with leadership development. I will also take use of course
that will help me to develop my leadership competencies.
Furthermore I will develop my weaknesses in upcoming 6
months and will actively seek out opportunities to take
informal leadership responsibilities or work as volunteer for
2 months in order to be a successful leader in future.

From my personal analysis it has been identified by me that I
some time face challenges in managing time which is one of
my greatest weakness. Along with this I also have weakness
in terms of lack of self motivation as well as confidence.

management and confidence skills. With the help
of taking advantage of my strength which is
teamwork in this I can engage with others to
develop my confidence skills effectively.
Furthermore I can also overcome my weaknesses
with the help of taking use of digital platforms in
which I can develop my time management skills in

I can face threat in terms of low level of motivation and
increase in burden to manage my things in effective manner.
From to analysis it has been identified that it is essential for
me to overcome my weaknesses in order to fulfil my goals
and objectives. With the help of overcoming my weaknesses
I can stay one step ahead from others to fulfill my goals.
Strengths
From analysis of my academic skills it has been identified
by me that I have strong team working skill which allow me
to work with others in a team. Along with this I also have
strength in terms of creativity and critical thinking skill
which benefits me to overcome any situation in effective
manner.
