The developing education system with leadership as the goal is about preparing the
coming generation for the challenges of the modern world. Schools across the countries are
working hard to improve the performance of the students. They are preparing themselves to act
fast or to be more efficient so that the student does not face the problem. The major issue faced
by the universities is the data based decision making process. If the data is not available or
correct data is missing than based on what shall the class take decision. A weak decision making
lack of leadership quality. An improper data can causes student to have low performance than
what they must have targeted. This also cost extensively without giving proper result. It is
necessary that data determines the causes of a problem, for improving actions. For increased
student learning and achievement its important to have a data-based decision-making (Datnow,
& Hubbard, 2016). To improve the quality of the education and the school paper or books
uploaded for online education should be updated to the recent version with best subject matter
and author.
The purpose of all school is to achieve the best by working on the suited approach. In the
21st century when everything is moving faster, it becomes very important for the schools to
prepare our youth for a rapid changing world challenges. Sadly the curriculum followed by the
schools is based on the principles of the stable slow world which is not appropriate to stand the
pressure of the ever changing complex world of today. The technological based curriculum is
extensively important to be developed to achieve the set goals (Brynjolfsson, & McElheran,
2016).
To improve the schools performance it should take defined and measurable goals, many
data models of information to emphasize on achieving the goal. It is also essential to set the right
goal after which the process of implantation of new rules be followed for improvement. The data

collected to achieve these goals can be of different types. There is several way in which a data
for the target achievement can be collected. The systematic collected data which are also formal
method of collection. The informal classroom observation and discussion collection method.
The assessment for learning approach is one of the example. A third data collection method is
educational research evidence (Datnow et al., 2018). These are the big data that actually seems to
be useful data source.
The schools, is referred to as professional learning community (PLC). A school has to be
supportive with leadership values, it should promote creativity the values and vision should be
supportive in nature. One mode to promote an effective learning in the online education is to get
the teachers trained for the process. The old traditional method of teach has to be modified based
on the goals of the education system (Bruçaj, 2019). The student teacher interdependence should
to be minimized so that students get freedom to creatively think and find solutions of their
problems. The data based goal setting can improve the outcome and satisfy the stakeholder in the
process. With this process of goal setting, new data based curriculum, and enhancing the skills of
the teacher and student will develop a leadership quality.
