1QUESTION ANSWER
1) “Educational practices cannot be successful without the approval
and input of teachers.” How do you feel about this statement?
I feel that, in an educational environment, teachers play a major role and without them the
educational process will be meaningless. Teachers are mainly act as the learning mediator
and mediate the learning in a sensitive manner to trigger all the existing barriers of the
learning process. They are the designer and interpreter of learning programs and also act as
manager, leaders and administrators and work for making the proper concept of learning
reach towards the students (Bozkus, 2019). Teachers generally promote and practice the
critical, committed as well as ethical attitude for developing a sense of responsibility and
respect towards the teaching process. Understanding the essential features and assessments,
teachers integrate the entire process of education and make the process successful.
2) Multicultural education
Over past years, the emerging number of immigrants have become main reason of
bringing new realities to the educational process. In fact, the current age classrooms are
successfully adopting rich cultural diversity. The teachers or educators involved in this
process are exploring many novel ways of reaching out to the culturally diverse students
(Verkuyten & Thijs, 2013). Even the schoolchildren are also getting familiar with different
type of ethnic backgrounds and cultures. Many schools of Malta is evidencing the
multicultural education and in this case, the teachers are playing major role in making the
students feel comfortable with the educational process.
