Being overweight or facing the issues of obesity in pregnancy have the involvement of
several levels of complication among the women. There is major level of association of the
obesity with adverse maternal and fetal level of outcomes which is considered to the high risk
pregnancy. Such pregnancy has the major level of requirements of well equipmentation and the
necessary infrastructure and multidisciplinary facility.
On the other hand the existing level of women who are struggling from the extra eight
have the receiving a lot of misinformation from the variety of sources. There is major level
indication the women who carry the extra level of weight can be happy by having healthy
pregnancy. On the other hand, there are existence of various challenges that the patient and
doctor may faces on managing and achieving the level of the best outcomes for the challenging
person and baby.
The women who ares the under the risk of obesity have to face various issues which can have
the proper level of interactions which have the clear inclusions of high blood pressure,
gestational diabetes, and an increased chance of needing a Cesarean delivery.
On the other hand, fetuses have the major level of risk which is being studied in various
research that the there is connection between the maternal obesity ans the risk of neural tube
defections which is in relation with brains or spinals column will have the malfunction in early
stage of development.

4. Methodology
Methods - in this research the use of the quantitative research will be which will be
accomplished with proper level of structure questionnaires. There will be implementations of
the independent sampling T-tests or χ² tests for between-group differences and paired-samples T-
tests and repeated measures analysis of variance for within group differences were used. The
questionnaire will have the questions in relational to the physical activity questionnaire of 50

pregnancy and childbirth. There will be reliable result from selected journals articles with
systematic review.
