In this article, the author has described the technological insider. Moreover, the paper
has included a technology role in the education sector, which is an important part of a system.
It has dependent on the adoption of technology, which makes a huge impact on the progress
and development of schools and children as well. The paper has included the need for schools
and students to create a good learning environment (Prensky, 2014).
Most people have adopted technologies for the betterment of different processes. In
addition, there are some basic needs for management, which can be fulfilled by the
government as well as technological innovations. The article has provided a four-step
process, which is important for the implementation of processes. Moreover, the author has
provided the role of technology in different ways, which are old things in old ways (Prensky,
2014).
Technologies have accepted by schools and students for completing their
expectations. The authors have included different types of examples to describe the role of
technology in education. There are various processes for communication, which make many
things easier for teachers and students, such as email, online portals and many more. There is
a various method in technology to secure old things as well. Online gaming is helpful for
various things (Prensky, 2014). Lack of technology can be a critical issue in front of many
schools, which has not adopted technologies in their curriculum. Some schools have excluded
technologies for education, which is good in a few things, but it has provided better outcomes
in various places (Prensky, 2014).

The article has focused on the impacts of leadership on learning. In addition, basic
concepts can be used for managing learning. Besides, leadership makes a huge impact on the
focus, inquiry, collaborative processes of people in any field. Learning is based on various
things including leadership, and collaborative nature. The author has provided a proper
introduction about the instructional leadership, which is a basic need for learning. Moreover,
basic processes can be managed using defend type of issues as well. In the case of school
management, the focus is necessary for the development of the learning environment in the
students as well as teachers (Katz & Dack, 2013).

knowledge of professional leadership and learning. Professional learning is helpful in the
development of various processes. In addition, basic processes can be managed using
different types of technical and non-technical things. According to the author, many schools
have created a teacher learning program to develop a better environment for learning. Thus,
they can monitor and evaluate student progress. There are many benefits to the professional
learning process in the field of education. It has worked to enhance the depth of
understanding. It is not nectary to force the students for learning (Katz & Dack, 2013).
However, teachers can change their teaching methods to focus on professional learning.

The paper has discussed curriculum leadership, which is the right approach to develop
a good environment in the regional indigenous education system. Moreover, the author has
explained about the importance of leadership in different programs of schools. It makes a
huge impact on the reshaping and reforming successful practice in remote area schools
(Jorgensen, 2016).
The author has discussed about the curriculum leadership, which is based on the
principal of the school another authorized person as well. It is necessary to provide strategic
direction and vision to the followers as well. It is necessary to make himself autocratic in
decision making. The paper has described about the developed leadership, which is necessary
for managing various things in a school. It has depended on the principal to apply new
approaches to improve the outcomes from teachers' and students’ sides. It is necessary to
improve the basic results of learning (Jorgensen, 2016).
Leadership has played a great role in the progress of remote and regional schools.
Reginal schools have managed the good strengths of a student, which can be more than 300
students. However, remote schools were managed by one or two teachers. Thus, it is
necessary to top reshaping the curriculum to develop the interest of students in learning and
education. The article has discussed about the issues around curriculum leadership, which are
the use of commercial programs, high expectations, sustainability, and others. In addition,
schools have provided curriculum programs to communities, which is good for the
implementation of programs as well. The author has provided a proper conclusion about the
curriculum leadership and its importance (Jorgensen, 2016).

The article has described about the teacher efficacy, which is important for student
achievement. The teacher must upgrade their teaching methods to meet the student’s
expectations. The article has based on professional learning (PL) as well as the impact of a
classroom-embedded PL. the authors have used qualitative analysis in the paper, which is
based on the two district reports (Bruce, Esmonde, Ross, Dookie, & Beatty, 2010).
The article has explained various factors, which are important for PL, such as goal
setting, prior learning experiences, the persistence of participation, and different complexities
of context. In addition, there are many good impacts of the learning of learning phases, which
are useful in the basic knowledge. Quality teaching is necessary for the progress of a student
as well as teachers. Teacher efficacy means self-assessment of teachers based on the various
criteria, which can be used for the improvement of various things in the teaching methods as
well. There are many changes in the basic processes, which are important for the
management of schools as well (Bruce, Esmonde, Ross, Dookie, & Beatty, 2010).
The authors have provided better methods for the analysis of PL programs and their
success in both districts. It is the best approach to analyse a particular concept. Moreover,
teacher efficacy makes a huge impact on the development of a learning environment.
However, monitoring is necessary for the success of all those methods. The article has
described the role of Pl in the increment in efficacy and student learning as well. It is the best
way to improve the role of PL in education. Moreover, student achievement has increased
because of PL and teacher’s efficacy. All the programs have provided better results on the
environment as well (Bruce, Esmonde, Ross, Dookie, & Beatty, 2010).
