INTRODUCTION
Theories, principles and models of learning are the teaching tools for practicing for new
learning and growth. This module includes different principles and learning theories such as
humanism, motivation, cognitivism and behaviorism. Present report will be explaining and
motivating better advancing performances. Further, this report will also consider the purpose of
resources in teaching and learning. This will also explain the effectiveness of specific resources
in meeting individual’s learning needs in teaching and learning contexts. In spite of that,
importance of theories, principles and models of inclusive curriculum design can be used to
inform resource development in teaching perceptive that will also be evaluated in this present
report.
MAIN BODY
(a) 1.1 Explaining the purpose of resources in teaching and learning
Teaching resources is the one of the most required and essential sources to grab new
knowledge and exploring ideas of an individual (Billings and Halstead, 2015). This is the

that helps to support technologies. The main purpose of these resources are like to enhance
computer skills such as online shopping skills, E-learning (Church and Waclawski, 2017). The
main purpose of this learning tool is to explore the technology at low time cost.
Learning resources are the required source to enhance the knowledge and skills to
motivate the confidence level of an individual. Some learning resources are engaged different
learning styles to grow up the abilities or knowledge in specific area. The main purpose of this
learning resources are to explore the new methods. Motivational individual learning, learning
purpose is to to encourage new discoveries and knowledge performance level.
