important issue for the company to cope up with the advancing technology.
The world is going digital as it is effective and easier to use for both the
provider as well as the receiver.
Overview: Currently, EdMI consists of educational videos and games which
can be accessed offline. There are limits to which the user can actually the
EdMI product. The market share of the company is decreasing from the past
few years through the control rights are around 60% of all the videos and
games available in Australia.
Proposal: With this project, we want to propose a solution which will benefit
EdMI in getting its market share back and cope up in this digital world. In this
project, we will be developing a platform named EduStream which will be
able to deploy all the EdMI contents such as educational videos and games.
It will be a platform on which users can watch videos and play games and
keep track of their progress. It will help in expanding this company to a
greater extent.
PART 2: WHAT DO OUR CLIENTS WANT FROM THIS PROJECT (Provide a short synopsis)
Introduction: People nowadays are getting advanced as the world is pacing
forward with the advancement in technology. There is very less percentage
of people who don’t use a device be it mobile, laptop or any other device.
The number of online users is increasing day by day. So, users want things
to be easily accessible so that they can watch or play anytime or anywhere
they want.
Overview: Till now EdMI was using its educational training videos and
educational games to be sold in DVDs and Blue-ray. But due to the
advancement in technology EdMI’s market share started decreasing as
users are now moving towards the digitization.
Proposal: Users want the content provided by the EdMI must be accessible
online on a platform where they can easily watch videos and play games
