In this, the first phase is team building for respective domains. There are several domains such as team
recruitment, project identification, and analyzing subcontractor. There are various planning such as planning
the project which includes a report of requirements, work allocation structure and development for the
timeframe. There is a legal contract signed between the company and workers. The most important task is
designing and developing phase which consists of database designing, application layout, and wireframes.
Bach end and front end development includes testing is performed for the entire project. All the issues must
be solved before starting the project physically. After all these the project is completed in a pilot form where
one by one all pilots are executed.
