Project Description EduMedia International Pty Ltd launching a new project in the
market which will help them to increase their revenue and
reputation in the market. Edustream will be an online streaming
and gaming engine which will provide a platform for uploading
and accessing the content of videos and provide a platform where
games can be played. An application will be built for various
Operating system which will provide compatibility to all devices
which have those Operating System.
Project Purpose This project will provide an interactive and user-friendly
application in which there will be training videos and educational
games will be available. The back-end is being Supported by
CDN(Content Delivery Network) which will be built for fulfilling
the requirements of the server. Database replication will be
available which will replicate the data in real time.

In this graph, the organization hierarchy is described with the help of the organization chart. CEO has the
highest authority which manages the members of the board community. The project is sponsored by CIO
whereas all the handling of outputs and inputs are managed by project managers which the content team
delivers. There are experts’ presents which comes under project managers who take care of the
responsibilities of their respective domain. There are security experts present which take care of security
issues. There are marketing experts who increase the sales of the project.

3.3 Configuration Issues that will need to be addressed
There are several areas of error for configuration and authentication that can be checked by pinging. The
sizes of video files are large so they have to be compressed by HEVC or H.265 compression techniques
which are advanced techniques. The files which were uploaded were in WebM, MPEG4 or FLV version.
These files were duplicated so that they can be stored in a database which reduces the chance of losing data.
TCP-IP is used for networking and security purposes. OSI model is provided security in each layer.

4.2 Detailed Schedule
In this, the first phase is team building for respective domains. There are several domains such as team
recruitment, project identification, and analyzing subcontractor. There are various planning such as planning
the project which includes a report of requirements, work allocation structure and development for the
timeframe. There is a legal contract signed between the company and workers. The most important task is
designing and developing phase which consists of database designing, application layout, and wireframes.
Bach end and front end development includes testing is performed for the entire project. All the issues must
be solved before starting the project physically. After all these the project is completed in a pilot form where
one by one all pilots are executed.
