I have learnt that Enterprise Environmental Factors (EEF) is those factors which
influence the project’s success both externally and internally. It includes the political condition,
government regulations, weather condition, market condition, culture, resource availability,
organizational structure, managerial strategies etc (Jainendrakumar, 2015). I think the way EEF
factors are described in the post is quite professional. However, in this post only the internal
factors that can influence the project is elaborated not the external factors.
I found the EEF are influencing the planning and operation is identified but how the EEF
are influencing the organizational panning, functionalities and operations are not elaborated in
the paper. I think that, only internal factors cannot influence the functions and operations of a
project there are definitely some external factors also but those are not identified and elaborated
in the post.
PESTLE and SWOT both are used for quantitative and qualitative analysis of
organizational Enterprise Environmental Factors (EEF) (Gasik, 2015). However, in this paper
SWOT analysis is selected because, only the internal EEF are mentioned. I think the selection
and tool and its effectiveness in business success are properly elaborated in the post. I think that
putting SWOT analysis technique in the use is absolutely perfect.
Not only this but also, the appropriateness of the tool is also well elaborated in the paper.
The potential of these tools to identify the strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the
project are also well elaborated. I think how the SWOT analysis technique improves the
opportunities and reduces threats are also mentioned.
