INTRODUCTION
Aviation is defined as the airline pathway which is being adopted with air passenger. It
consist of various airlines. This consist of huge management channel and phase which is difficult
to handle and tackle by airline support system. This act is totally driven by management of
airline hierarchy. This approaches help manager to manage people and make it like contribute in
airline by their skill and knowledge. This is collectively help manager to take important essential
or approaches in such a way which help people and firm to get maximum advantage from
employee for effective work management (Frolov, I.E., 2016). As per context with EasyJet, this
is an British multinational low cost airline group which is London Luton airport. Its operate
domestic and international airline services over 1000 routes in more than 30 countries via various
airline like EasyJet UK, EasyJet Switzerland and many more. In this the analysis of role of
manager with various management style which include leadership style. This help to observe
various process and operation of EasyJet and their manager like how they handle workforce.

As per context with EasyJet, this is well defined as the manager play very vital role in
development of organisation and help in management of different workforce. Manager
associated with departments in such a way by which they create scenario which help him to get
maximum work from employee. This help employee to be a task oriented. Their are various role

Daily operations: This is primary role of manager which is about to ensure the daily
operation which ongoing in various department of in a team (KIIRAGURA, G., 2016). As per
EasyJet manager handle reception, ticket counters and various department to manage people for
their work.
Staffing: Most of the employee is being expecting their manager to interview, hire and
help in train to employee. In EasyJet this role is played by human resource management that
being regulated by manager. This approach help employee to learn new skill and new segment of
knowledge.
Set goals: A manger help in development of both short and long term goal just to ensure
the profit of organisation and this help him to earn more revenue. This overall goals is predicted
and take into access by manager. Similar goals in also drive by manager of EasyJet to gain
maximum profit.
Delegation: This is an act which is taken by manager to boost the confidence in their
employee and delegate task according to department need and expectation (Mavin and et. al.,
2018). As per EasyJet this approach is drive by manager to raise the work confidence between
employee. It may be from front-line, from human resource, reception, ticket counters and so on.
Evaluation: This help in analysis of work which done by employee as per their potential.
This work is driven by manager to evaluate data and employee performance as per annual, half
yearly and monthly.
DIFFERENT MANAGEMENT STYLE
This management style help to enhance the productivity and overall performance of
organisation. This associated with employee motivation and performance of employee for
effective work. This management style is not applicable on respected organisation then it will
decrease productivity, poorer quality work, increased turnover, more issue with theft and
absenteeism, reduced profitability and various issue are arises.

Authoritarian management styles: This style involve managing through direction and
control. It is also refer to as autocratic or directive management style, they believe in strong
authority. As per context with EasyJet there are various department which must be regulated in
smooth way for better functioning because this help to develop motivation towards work and
increase the performance of employee. The departments are fight attendant, airline
administration support, operation agents, avionics technicians and many more.
Visionary management style: This management style help employee to focus on overall
vision of the company, department or project to their team. This is also called strategics,
charismatic and inspirational, in context with EasyJet, this help to employee for clear their vision
for their target goals and objective, which keep them motivated and after achieving their goal this
help to raise performance.
Transactional management styles: This leadership style focus on using positive rewards
such as incentives, bonuses and stock option which help to motivate employee that improve their
performance (Richter and et. al., 2017). Moreover, transactional manager may rely on various
piece work play to create an way to produce more work. As per this, in EasyJet this style is
provided to number of employee while shifting day and night work. They usually provide

VARIOUS LEADERSHIP STYLE
This leadership style help to act as leader in any organisation. This style help firm to
handle and control the overall operation in a team and make it effective in such a way which help
employee to achieve the organisational goals.
Pacesetting style: This style termed as leader forces which set as in racing. This create
the set of bar and push their team member to run team member in hard an fast to complete their
task which required by organisation. As per EasyJet this create positive work environment and
motivate employee for their work (Tokar and et. al., 2019). In this firm the collective bargaining
help to negotiation of work and their work module.
Democratic style: This leadership style is inclusive in nature while taking any decision,
the respected leader just seek opinions of employee before taking final decision. As per this in
EasyJet while new server and software is planned to implemented then the view of employee
were taken before implementation.
Laissez-faire style: The Laissez-faire style is at opposite end of the autocratic leadership
style. As per this it will sate that autocratic style help leader to stands as firm as a rock while this
approaches help the leader to swim with the current. This leadership style work with various tool
of skilled, experienced employee who are self starters and motivated. In this EasyJet this help to
be potential of work and employee and make them task orientation.

Collective bargaining: In context with EasyJet this is an process which help in
negotiation between employer and group of employee which main objective to regulate the work
with working salaries, working condition, benefits and other aspect which is being ethical and
this lead to provide path which is right for their worker (Wu and et. al., 2018). The function of
this collective bargaining is to negotiate the work related conflict. Bargaining take place between
the employer and the employee. This all are indicated by collective bargaining units.

As per the above reports, this is analyse that the handle of people of an organisation is
difficult, to manage huge core of people manager and their management team play vital role to
manage resources and work modulation. This will be drive by various management style and
leadership style which create smooth functioning. This create the positive environment within
organisation which help employee to keep motivated. The performance of employee will be
enhanced by proper training and mentoring. This help employee in learning and gaining new
skill. Manager tackle every conflict and situation and manage people for their work.
