factors, it is evaluated that each and every person should overcome his communication issues in
effective manner. However, communication issues and problems arise due to the lack of
confidence and negative thoughts about own capabilities. Ideally communication issues arise
due to lack of communication alignment, confidence problem and non-effective divergent
thinking process. Individual should utilize diagnostic tools to make viable utilization of these
enhance the effectiveness of communication. As stated by Thorpe, et al, 2017), these diagnostic
tools and self-reflection has been used by humans to defying these correspondence issues while
talking with others. These diagnostic tools and self-reflection are used by individual to improve

Throughout my life, I have faced two communication issues
These communication issues was related to my own failure and my non-effective outcomes
(Evans, et al. (2017). It is considered that I was given a chance by dad to welcome all the guest
and host the party. In that party I was giving welcome speech to guest. , I did all the
administration in compelling way. When I was made a request to convey the appreciated
discourse, I was blocked. I needed to confront different issues, for example, I had no clue what to
talk around then. I was completely out of my words. I understood these issues in viable way and
in the event that I don't conquer these issues then it will definitely affect my life and will render
the negative outcome. At that time, my hands were shivering and I was totally out. I observed
that I was losing my confidence in my communication process and somehow I managed to speak
up and gave the welcome speech. I realized that I need to make improvement in my divergent
thinking and encountering problems. If I could not manage these issues then I would be facing
lot of issues and problems in setting up of my career. That could be called by stage fear or
reflecting my own words in front of others. It is considered that stage fear could be mitigated by

attempting and practice. I overcome this issues my consistently facing these issues (Seele &
Lock, 2015).
Another issues was identified with when I was talking to huge renowned individual in one
meeting. I appreciated that I was losing my confidence while talking with obscure guy. These
sorts of issue flaunt that I needed to reconsider when I was bringing with them. I had a few
questions in my brain. . I have comprehended that in case I don't overcome these issues then it
could decimate my own particular and expert life (Leonard and Potter, 2015). I realized that I
need to make changes in my communication style and implement my effective learning
outcomes in determined approach.
I did my level best to overcome these issues and challenges such as I took classes and attended
meeting. I realized that I could only encounter these issues if I consistently practice and face
these issues. However, to the some extent I overcome these issues but could not completely
handle mitigate it. Now in the end, it is concluded that these communication issues should be
minimized to make effective use of resources and improving the own development. These
diagnostic tools and self-reflection could only help in identifying the problems and threats in
determined approach. In addition to this, proper work and structured program could also be used
to make effective level of communication style and developing divergent thinking (Schut, et al.
(2015).
Now in the end, it could be inferred that I need to adopt effective learning process to enhance the
effectiveness of my communication style. In addition to this, I will also have to take care my
own demerits and shortcoming in my own communication process to make it better and effective
(Gibson et al. 2013).
