INTRODUCTION
Business communication is the process of sharing important data between workers
employed within or outside of a business firm. Effective business communication helps the firm
enhance various business process by keeping the employees informed. This report includes
description of widely used business communication models and systems. Business
communication methods which are currently in use and advantages of formal and informal
business communication for corporations is provided in this report. Utilisation of technology in
corporate environment to increase the effectiveness of different kinds of business
communication is also given in this report. Effective business communication principles and
obstacles which halt effective communication are also mentioned in this report. Different styles
of oral communication along with oral presentation of corporate data in formal condition is
given in this report. Three examples of written business communication are provided in this
report.

Exchange of information through spoken language is defined as oral communication. It
can be conducted directly or with the use of electronic devices such as telephones and video
conferencing. Oral communication is necessary in order to present ideas during presentations
and meetings along with making effective interaction with consumers.
In order to handle dissatisfied consumers, effective oral communication is necessary
which resolves various issues faced by the consumers and leaves them happy. The role play for
dealing with a queries of dissatisfied consumer by using oral communication is provided below:
Consumer service representative: Good morning how can I help you?
Consumer: Your website is terrible I could not find information on your website and I
emailed your firm about this issue and did not receive any reply.
Consumer service representative: You are right to want an informative and user friendly
website. What information couldn't you find ?
Consumer: I was not able to find any information related to latests jacket collection

Consumer service representative: I will immediately inform the IT department about this
