Business communication includes sharing of information between employees as well as
management within an organisation. Such types of formal interaction takes place between
manager or employees for the benefits of employees. Effective business communication supports
management in making suitable business decisions. It also supports manager in formulating the
plans as well as strategies for bringing the positive and drastic improvement at workplace.

also emphasizes on analysing the role of effective communication within management.

solution to the different business problems. Effective communication also provides management
a chance to develop the new business ideas. Communication also supports an individual in
increasing their knowledge. I have experience that continuous communication helps an
individual in developing as well as maintaining g the strong relationship with other people at

Pragmatist learning style use the knowledge or understanding in their routine practices. I have
experienced that this strategy assist them in improving their performance within an enterprise.
The other types of learners I have seen is Activist, I have analysed that learners with this type of
learning styles learn things by executing several activities. I think that this activist learning style
helps an individual in retaining the knowledge for long time. I have also observed the other
types of learners these are reflectors. They are learners who learn new things as well as gain
knowledge by listening to the discussion of other people. Reflectors have much focus on
listening to the other people experience. I have also realised that reflectors gains knowledge by
observing as well as analysing the things in an environment. I believe that reflector learning style
assist person in relating the things with each other which further supports them in making
suitable decision. I have also seen other types of learners these are theorist. Such type of learner
believes in making decision by analysing the theories, concepts and models. I believe that this
learning pattern helps them in eliminating the risk (KeonYoo, Smith and Kim,2017). I perceive
that theorist learning style assist an individual in making quick as well as appropriate decision. I
also think that theorist learning style also helps a person in increasing their learning capacity. I
have analysed that people with theorist learning style have critical thinking.

communicating effectively. There are very factors which can create hurdles in an effective
communication includes cultural diversity, difference in values as well as beliefs etc. I believe
that these types of barriers can lead to the misunderstanding as well as conflict within an

believe that business communication helps management in building strong network which could
be beneficial for expanding business operations. I also believe that effective communication is
very important for developing a swell as maintaining strong relationship with suppliers as well as

people prefer to use effective communication skills , as they do not want to face conflectual
situation . As disputes might have the adverse effect on the image of an individual. I also get to
know that there are some people in my organisation have skills as well as potential to share their
views as well as express their feeling with the support of non verbal communication skills (Kim,
2016). I have also realised that there are in addition to t5he good oral communication abilities\,
in context of business, it is very important for a person to have good written interaction
capabilities. As these core competencies will assist person in drafting the formal letters as well as
proposal for company. I also believes that in addition to the good business communication skills,
a person should develop negotiation abilities. As this core competencies will assist an individual
in improving their performance at workplace as well as increase their contribution in business

building self confidence as well as allows person to participate in decision making procedure. By
developing the understanding about the symbolic theory I have observed that there are some
symbols which can be used by a person for communicating with other people. I have analysed
that there is very high risk of communication failure if in case an individual interact by utilising
the symbols. As message conveyed by an individual might be understood by other person.
I have also realised that difficult, critical as well as complex situation can be managed or

person as well as marketing manager in an organisation. As this skills will assist them in
attracting the more number of customers. I have analysed that good interaction abilities will
assist marketing manager in influencing the people to buy particular product or services. Strong
communication abilities will help an organisation in attracting new client and retaining the
profitable customer for long time. I have also observed that strong business communication skills
assist firm in accomplishing both short as well as long term objectives. Continuous as well as
effective communication abilities will help management in providing the high level of
satisfaction to employees (Martínez and Sierra, 2016). This strategy of continuous interaction
supports management in identifying the problems faced by the workers. It allow manager to
provide support as well as assistance to workers. As this will help management in developing as
well as marinating good working culture within an organisation.
