Quality of life is a subjective measure of happiness which is considered an essential
component of different decisions within a life. Therefore, this factors plays an important role in
quality of a life so that individual can enjoy the working. This factors includes:
Dignity: It is considered an important key factor for an individual which means being valued and
respected for what individual is and live their lives. Also, other people with dignity assists to
improve their lives and increases the zeal of living as well.
Social interaction: for having an effective quality of life, there is a need to have strong social
interactions where a person can share their feeling and gain positive as well as negative
experience (Medvedev and Landhuis, 2018). This in turn also contribute to increase better
mental health that increases the lives and promote sense of safety, belongingness.
Effective communication: To live a life better, there is a need to have strong communication
skills which in turn improve personal relationship that assist to understand better. It is so because
it allows others to understand information better and quickly. This help to decreases
misunderstanding and frustration so that it automatically contributes to improve mental status.
Confidently: A strong confidence always assists individual to build new relationship and this
assist to live a life in better manner. Further, it can be stated that when a person is confident then
he is ready to move forward to grab better opportunities. That is why, a strong confidence always
assists to generate better outcome and increases to live better.
Psychological security: Having a strong Psychological security always contribute to live a life

Positivity: Providing positive thinking to the clients will help to provide effective
outcome. Also, it assists to provide effective results in term of quality of life (Haraldstad
and et.al., 2019). Also, with the help of this caring technique, the chances of improving
care among individual increases.
Modeling: It assist to let people know about the role model so that they can improve
caring and this help to minimize the chances of reducing negative impact over health.
Also, it can be stated that patient or client increases their concentration and try to improve
their health that assist to improve the overall life.
Distraction: Meditate is the best way that help to distract from unnecessary things and
this help to improve the life. Also, it is a method that help to temporarily take individual’s
attention away from strong emotion and this in turn help to control the situation and
manage the things effectively (Mason and et.al., 2018). This is effective use in depression
where the anxiety level of people is high and distracting from the things will assist them
to improve the life.
Observation: It is all about constantly using sight, hearing and touch the combined with
knowledge that helps to change their health and social well-being. This in turn assists to
generate an effective outcome because it helps to identify the basic needs that needs to be
delivered at time so that effective results can be generated.

condition of an individual and this generate an effective result. Such that through positive

praises and encourage for the occasion. Also, carer provide all the related information that effect

giving praise such as well done and you look nice today. This comment will help the patient in

Creating trust- Care worker is really very good at building the relationship, being
consistent and maintaining the confidentiality. For creating the trust is necessary because patient
feel good while discussing all the related problem. It helps to create promise while cooperating

Person-centred care is an individual who cares the patients beyond the tailoring

decision for this without any input. This makes me feel for a task or object rather than feeling of
human being. Person-centred carer puts the person for heart and care. This is adopting the
services on the basis of expectation and related preferences that has no other way. For doing the
enables patients are really help for retaining the autonomy and dignity during the challenging
time. Never feel the patient that there are disable or not capable for doing anything and it is the
time when it fulfils the life of an individual with joy and happiness.
This is very important to cutdown the risk because it individual by unfair or harmful
treatment that need to be neglect. Person centred help for finding the suitable ways that can be
help for communicating and maximise the quality of care. This is also help for improving the
independences because it will not beneficial for the level of the patient while encouraging him in
the decision part. There is also training are related to this for teaching about social and health that
is effectively delivers the person-centred care. For example, John is a person who has recently
meet with car accident and he is 45 years old (Røen and Knudsen, 2018). He had a surgery both
of arms during the accident, he leaves in hospital for more than 2 weeks now at home. Me and
John discussed about the health and fulfil his basic needs such as bathing, breakfast and passing
the time. He liked to enjoying TV in bed and spent time with the family. I approached for person
centred care so that I allow him flexibility so that it helps for complete the need when he visits
hospital also, I care about the medicine and exercise so that he can able to recover fast.

Good communication help for make the residential values and also putting them at eases,
effective communication helps to improve the care services and better environment for
working when it creates transparency and openness relating to requirements and daily task.
There are several ways of effective communication which are help for improving the skills

Active listening skills- When patient sharing problem or experience it is very important
to listen them carefully it helps to being engaged with them and replied in an affirmative

it is also necessary to understand the someone else feeling that having the high emotional

Focus on Non-verbal communication- There are so many ways to share the message
without verbal communication with smile and body language speak more than words it
helps to communicate easily. Also, voice tone needs to be so that patients will understand
the nature and feel positive when sharing the problems.
Managing the emotion- For clear communication and personal problem need not to be
discuss with them because patient get afraid when the problem discusses with them very
loudly. When patients getting tensed or not able to understand the situation at that time
there is a need for cooperate them in order to let them feel positive (Lim and Lopez, 2018).
Ask for the feedback- A carer should feel no shame when asking about the feedback
because it helps to get information related to their feeling towards them. The feedback
given by them is need to follow in order to improve the skills and it will also help for near
future. Also, it is important to ask feedback from colleagues who know about their
perception and gives the better opportunities for improve the skills and nature.
Participating public fear- For having good communication skill this is important to talk
in public so that it gives opportunity for being develop good skill in front of others.

maintaining healthy lifestyle there are some factors that are need for being improve the quality of
care the patient. There are negative and positive impact are seen in the skills because it is totally
