INTRODUCTION
Group dynamic refers to the cognition and behavioural characteristic of a group which assist in
solving the problems as there is teamwork and collaboration of each individual. In group,
individuals brings innovative ideas and they get opportunity to learn from each other which make
them more productive(Scott, and Visser, 2022). The concept of the group dynamic provides the
learner good strengths, factors and measure of success along with professional tools. The teacher
in the classroom encourage the students to participate in all activities of the schools or college
and create the group dynamics where students are able to share their ideas that enable them to
develop confidence level and enhance the atmosphere of the students in classroom. By studying
the group dynamics, students are able to engage in the activities of learning. This assists in
changing the behaviour of the students due to the interaction in group and able to perform
various work of the projects.

There are various characteristics of the group environment that assist in learning and
developing the learner in the classroom which are depicted as under:
 Priority: A group environment enables a learner to prioritise the tasks which are considered
most important and also help them in bringing new ideas for their project work. It helps in
enhancing their knowledge and get them able to make collaboration in a group.
Collaboration: When the learners work in a team and provide their full collaboration that make
them enable to learn and grow from each other(Efford,2021). It helps in developing the high
level thinking skills in a student and boost their confidence level, improve their interpersonal
skills and maximise their educational experience.
 Creativity: Learning in group assist the individuals to build knowledge and develop skills by
using creative techniques. An instructor guides the learners by using various creative method so
that they are able to synthesize information and enhance their educational experience. It helps in
enhancing the capability of thinking that boosts the problem solving skills.
 Curiosity: A learner must be curious to ask questions as it is a key to learn and share heir ideas
within a group to know the posuitive and negative effects of learning(Baratti and et.al., 2021).

The learners must practice and encourage active learning so that they can be able to
communicate effectively.

There are various steps that are taken by a leader to manage the group dynamics which are
outlined below:
 Defines role and responsibilities: A leader or a teacher is required to assign the roles and
responsibilities to the students in order to perform the project work effectively. A learning must
be created which make the student feel that they are capable or valuable and encourage them to
speak fearlessly.
 Break down barriers: When the groups are made so sometimes, interpersonal conflict arises
that create hindrances in completing the project therefore, it is required by the teacher to resolve
all the conflicts to create the learning environment(Goldstone, Baker, and Barg, 2021). The
quality of the work are decline due to the conflict so a leader should encourage the steam of the
students to come with the problems to sort out them.
 Focus on communication: The learners should provide an opportunity for communication in a
team so that they feel that their contribution are valued which keeps them motivated ad
encourage them to bring innovative ideas for their project work. This improves the

 Tackle problems quickly with good feedback: A learner should solve the problem of the group

with the activities that are held in the classroom.
 Integrate modern technology: Technology provides instant accessibility to the information
therefore a teacher should use technology and provide opportunity to the students to use the latest
technology such as PowerPoint presentation, internet homework assignments and so on. This
enable the students to learn various technologies which help them in learning technical skills.
 Foster competition among students: A healthy competition encourage the students to give their
best performance. This help them to be more inquisitive, research independently and learn
teamwork as well. The students strive to so more than what is required which assist them to
prepare for the future situations.
 Provide regular feedback in terms of progress: A leader should provide regular feedback to

their skills and knowledge and develop their confidence as well.

A leader must aware the students with barrier which they can face during learning and provide
them effective ways to overcome such barriers. The ways are described as under:
 Begin with believing: The students can over come the learning barrier by practising belief which
ensure success to them. The students have to practice belief that they can struggle and do their
bets to get the positive outcomes.
 Provide context and relevance: A student is required to make solid connection with the lessons
taught in the classroom through relevance to the learner. The things must create connection
which are relevant for the students and ensure that the learning has taken place in the
classroom(Bray, R2021). The students perform their task by applying skills and knowledge
which they have learned in the class.
 Debrief and assess constantly: Interesting assessment activities engage the students and keeps

 Discipline: The classroom needs a behavioural code in order to maintain discipline so that the
students feel comfortable to express themselves(Scheckel, and et.al., 2021). When the rules are
followed in the classroom so the teacher inform the students about the expectations and provide

Motivation influence the behaviour of the students as it asit them to get energies and encourage
them to work towards the goals of the group. Motivation assist the students to increase their
efforts to achieve the specific goal. When the students perform well so the teacher provide
recognition and reward the students for their good and efficient performance which assist in
providing motivation to the students. The students get more productive or creative and are
encouraged to share their innovative ideas with each other and make strategies to get the goals of
the group.

There are various strategies of behaviour management that are utilised in the classroom
which are outline as under:

 Building relationships: A leader is required to make good relationship with the learners in
order to make them feel motivated by providing them area to communicate openly. This assist
the students in learning behavior to give respect to the individuals and make them accountable
for their behavior(Zhao, and et.al., 2021). The teacher can support the students in extra curricular
activities and provide them notes which assist in building effective relationship with them.
 Collaborative class rules: A grey environment in the classroom cultivated when the teachers
and the students collaborate with each other to make the rules. With the help of these rules
students are able to interact with the teacher, classmates and other individuals. The students are

well by addressing their behaviour so that the students can be able to know the

shame because this demotivate the students and force them to drop the Idea of learning.

Equality and diversity reference to the idea of promoting and accepting the differences Between
the students. Equality ensures that all the students are fairly and equally treated in the classroom

 Encourage students to be proactive: The students are encouraged to engage with the faculty in
