Part 1 - Analyse the extent to which emotional intelligence can make a difference to graduates succeeding within their career.
Critically examine one additional communication theory taught within the module, showing how the ideas from the theories will
enhance your future workplace communication. (LO1)
Part 2 - Referring to the skills audit and feedback documents, evaluate the improvement you have made in communicating
through the activities from module (video interview, face to face interview, individual presentation, video CV and group
presentation) Detail clear actions for how you will further improve on the two weakest elements in your skills audit. (LO2)
N.B. You must ensure that you fully meet ALL the learning outcomes and tasks as detailed in the assignment brief (if you
do not meet one or more of the learning outcomes, you will not pass the module).
This MUST be a new and original piece of work (e.g. you have not re-used one of your previous essays, as this could be
