INTRODUCTION
Communication skills play important role in both personal as well as professional life of
individuals. The effective communication helps in achieving success in the business as well as in
the academic career of students (Chae, Seo and Lee, 2015). Basically it is the ability which is
been used by the people in different perspective that is while giving and receiving various
information. Communication skills comprises of various particles that is listening, speaking,
observing and many other. The report is based on importance of effective communication skills
in academic and professional context. The reflection on individual performance, behaviour and
experience in education and employment.
MAIN BODY
The ability to communicate effectively is one of the most important skill which helps in
achieving success in the life. It is the ability to pass the information from one person to other in
order to make others understand the necessary facts and figures.
Effective communication skills in academic context

how to handle the customer quires and able to build better rapport with the potential customers of
the organisation.
The organisation wants the employees to increase the performance. The managers in the
organisation helps them in understanding the behaviour of employees and satisfy the wants of the
employees. The employees are important for the organisation because they help them in making
strategies. The performance of the employees are monitored and they will focus on increasing
the efficiency of the employees. The organisation have strategies that will help them increasing
the performance and coordinate with employees to achieve success (Sánchez-Moral, Bontje and
Musterd, 2018). The employees of the organisation are directly affected by the strategies of the
organisation so they should help them in increasing the satisfaction.
The students are working for increasing the knowledge and they should focus on studies
that will help them in achieving success. The students should focus on increasing creativity and
should manage long term relationship with students. There are many factors affecting the studies
of the students and the performance should be improved. The managers should be making
strategies that will help the students top grow and they will have creativity. The focus of the
students should be to increase the knowledge and they will take the help of students because it is
the important factor to increase the skills of the students.
The organisation should have employees who have skills to increase the performance and
they should make strategies to achieve success. The knowledge of the employees will help them
in making strategies for the achievement of the strategies of the organisation. The
