Purpose of communication and principle
As per the view of Nuangpirom, (2017) communication is smooth process of passing
most important information to other person. Communication is considered as tool which helps
individuals to remove misunderstandings and enhance clarity of thoughts. There are various
forms of communication such as horizontal, diagonal, oral, written etc. Interaction between two
people is helpful in bringing them together. All employees get necessary information about
changes at workplace and objective of this communication. By this way they understand their
role and perform it well.
Yang and Feng, (2016) stated that communication’s purpose is to prepare group of people
to accept changes in organization. As entity always implement new changes at workplace
according to market conditions. These changes give positive result to the company. But it is
essential that all people accept changes hence enterprise make communication regarding the
modification before implement it in organization. This is helpful in convincing them to accept
changes by making them aware with benefit of these changes. Effective communication between
management and staff aids in getting positive response ad they support organization in
implementing these changes in significant manner (Communication: Meaning, Purpose,
Importance and Principles, 2019).
Norouzinia and et.al., (2016) argued that communication’s main purpose is to build
strong relationship between employees and management. Exchanging details, ideas, thoughts
enhances trusts among people and it develops their relationship with others. They understand
others and show their positive response towards others. By this way employees support their
colleagues and they work together in the business unit. According to Nuangpirom, (2017)
effective communication is necessity of business unit as unit aids in taking appropriate decision
for the growth of enterprise. When one person gets timely information then it develops clarity
towards their work by this way manager become able to make effective decision for the growth

communication can be defined as process of sending or receiving messages. It is very important
for business unit that to manage exchange of detail in systematic manner so that individual can
perform their job in effective manner. Effective communication plays significant role in success
of business unit as it motivates staff members and control over business activities. Manojlovich
and et.al., (2018) argued that There are many barriers to effective communication, Cultural
barrier is one of the common barrier to interaction. In the recent time companies are entering into
foreign market to raise their sales and revenues. To perform better in that new market it is
essential for business to hire people from diverse culture. It aids in getting new ideas and
managing the work in significant manner. Each culture has its own beliefs and values. Due to
changes in behavior, values person fails to make interaction with other culture people in effective
manner. That many times increases conflicts at workplace.
According to Yang and Feng, (2016) Language barrier is major challenge faced by Go
travel while communicating with diverse workforce. Each word has different meanings. If
language of two people is different they will not be able to interact with each other effectively. In
such condition workplace mistakes will take place and enterprise may get failed to manage its
performance effectively. If there are speech impediments that it may cause difficulty in
coordination. Physical barrier is another challenge face by companies in managing
communication at workplace. Communication is the tool that connect tow people, if there is
physical barrier then it may cause difficulty in managing activities in effective manner. For
example, if company has to manage communication between two employees those who work in
different location then it is such a difficult task. Geographical distance may create confusion. As
to manage interaction between two people those who are present at two different geographical
locations then firm has to take assistance of technology. If there is issue with technology such as
network errors, serve problems then it may cause problem to the firm and both these employees
will fail to exchange their views in significant manner.
Principles of communication

DISCUSSION
As the company is majorly facing the issues which are related to the to have development
of various strategies to implement effective communication in workplace. As the company is
facing the issues to have the proper level of communications in order to have resolving various
characteristic in all over developmental of competencies productivity to greater existent.
Managing information flow is one of the major agenda of communication. Smooth
communication helps companies in managing smooth flow of details from top to bottom level
employees. On the recent term competencies in actually facsimileing the structural barriers
along with being physical and cultural one which is due to difference in to have establishment of
proper connection.
It has been identifies as the staff try to avoid contact with the staff from the other
countries due to insecurity about their language ability and previous cultural misunderstandings.
The time difference between the countries has also made it difficult to maintain regular contact.
So the company is decided to have the development of the broadcast media communication
along with mobile level of communications to stablish a proper chains in relationship between
different staffs at different level to seek a proper direction for growth and understanding in
business perspectives. There is proper electronic communication's challenges can have effective
establishment can be used for one-on-one, group or mass communication. It is a less personal
method of communication but more efficient.

As to have the avoidance with regard to development of solution in terms of culture
barrier are more to have development of intranets as it is considered to be verbalise medium in
more way to have proper communication's. The company should pay proper attentiveness in
designing the effective level of intranet so the cannot be turned out into time consuming process.

RECOMMENDATION
The recommendation regarding absolute of cultural barriers in the company can be such
as the intensification of potential level of issues may hindering the relationship at workplaces.
This is tens to have workplace t have lacks of productivity.
The company is recommended to have development of new phases to have the effective
and clear level of communications which essential to increase the level of production of
company.
There should be training and developmental of staff as per the implication of various
vasculature as the Because of your extra effort, the people with whom you work will feel
appreciated and will be more apt to recommend you and do business with you in the future.
There should be proper level of promotion in terms of cultural differences it orders to
have the personal provide with equal opportunities to learn and appreciates the another culture.
