INTRODUCTION
Communication is the process of delivering the message to other person or group of
person with the help of different effective strategies. It is the process of exchanging message
which will help the organization to increase productivity and increase quality of operations.
Organization need to analyse the factors which help the customers and employees to increase
their relationship and provide higher leverage. This report has brief information about
communication channel between Customer, managers and employees and managers. This report
will provide an analysis of the communication issues of company so it can decrease the
communication gap and improve the quality of products and services across the world.
Literature Review
As per the view of (Karanges and et.al, 2015) customer employees relationship is very
essential for the employees and managers of the company to create an effective communication
system with customers to receive and deliver effective messages which help firm to increase
their productivity. Communication is the process of exchanging thoughts and messages as it also
help business to increase information so that they can increase satisfaction level of customers
and provide with what customer's desire, This also increase sales of business company.
Communication also help the customers to increase customer's loyalty in the business
enterprises. Organizational communication also increase the efficiency of products and services
in order to provide the better quality and also improve goodwill. Increased goodwill also increase
creditability of the organization which will support organization to increase trust of investors to
invest in the business organization.
In opinion of (Yang, Kang and Cha, 2015) language is also a barrier in communication of
employees and managers in the organization. The written and oral language of communication if
inefficient can cause a communication gap and with will also decrease the performance of
employees. Many employees are from different cultural background which also decrease the
efficiency of the employees to understand message and also unable to provide effective
communication to the manager which decrease the quality of overall output of the organization.
Lack of skills in the employees and managers can also cause inefficiency in the effective
communication as employees will understand the clear vision and thus create misunderstanding
in the organization.

In accordance with (Wright, 2016) Communication is also important for managers and
employees as it help them to increase work culture and benefit in internal environment. Healthy
work environment and ethical work culture will develop effective communication between
managers and employees of the business which will help company to achieve the objectives and
increase the efficiency of employees. managers are also very effective in motivating the
employees and training to develop them and increase their skills and knowledge so that they can
also increase the quality of the workforce. The profitability is also major challenge and the
organization which have effective communication channels can also decrease the cost of
operation and increase the profit margins. This will also decrease the conflicts and increase the
coordination between e employees in the organization.
On Contrary to (Lyndon and et.al., 2015) organization also face may challenges in
communication between employees and managers as they decrease the efficiency of the
organization. This also reduce the competency to compete in the market. Ineffective
communication Planning of objectives can also create the communication gap between managers
and employees of business firm. employees will not be efficient in doing the tasks, and they also
decrease the quality of their output.
According to (Obradovich and et.al, 2015) there are many communication strategies
which the organization need top adopt in order to increase skilfulness of communication so that
it can also increase operations quality. This will also help the organization to achieve the
competitive advantage as marketing to convince customers communication skills is very
essential. employees also need to learn communication methods to improve internal quality of
organization and also support vision of the business firm. 7 c's of communication is very
effective way to ensure communication in the organization and also outside the company to
increase satisfaction level of customers. It caters better path for the business enterprises and
employees to increase knowledge and formulate effective communication strategies. This will
also increase the efficiency of the business improve the contentment level of the customers.
Analysis
Bus company need to analyse all the internal and external business environment factors
which will help the private bus company to improve the productivity and achieve better position

focused on the satisfaction of customers by improving and innovating their products according to
the needs and wants of the customers. Company also have focused on employee and manager
relationship, and they need to analyse the factors which are effecting so that the company can
formulate effective communication techniques. Due to multi-national nature of the company the
local customers faces many problems in understanding the features of the products and services
offered by the business entity (Pobegaylov, Myasishchev and Gaybarian, 2016). This also
deceases the sales of the organization and decrease the market penetration to improve the
growth. Bus company also analysed that the grievances are nit fully solved of the customers and
there is not a proper communication system to collect all the complaints of the customers and
understand it as they are written in different languages. The need to of communication also
determines by the business entity when they analysed that customers and employees are facing
communication problems due to gender. Customers are not provided proper knowledge about the
products as they are females. Employees and managers also face the communication barriers as
the managers create gender inequality and do not communicate with females of the company
which decrease the efficiency. Employees of the business firm also felt the communication with
managers as they do not formulate the effective vision which help the employees to increase the
organizational culture. Organizational structure also have determines to be very ineffective as all
the managers which is also creating misunderstanding. Unity of command and direction of
command are the major drawback which bus company have analysed as the employees are
getting confused due to many commands and directions given to them and this is also decreasing
the communication of the organization(Coombs, 2018).
Bus company need to maintain quality of their products and it can only be done if
employees have effective communication with customers, this will help employees to gain
information about products and their behaviour about all aspect of products and services. bus
company have also evaluated the importance of communication of the organization as it help the
customers to convict with the vision of the company. It also helps the employees to increase the
retention and motivation level of the organization (Leydesdorff, Petersen and Ivanova, 2017).

Bus company have adopted 7 C's Model of communication by which employees will
improve clarity of message delivered and received, they will also analyse the use of effective
language which is standardized in company as it will help managers to understand it easily.
Model also includes that employees and managers need to pay attention to communication when
it is delver which will help them to give better information and make them understand it
effectively. The communication also need to be formal and consistent so that employees and
customer are having proper status update about operations of company (Blaschke and
Schoeneborn, 2016).
Bus company should develop the healthy work environment so that the communication
can be transferred with the company easily. Company also need to improve the strategies by
collecting the information with the help of interviews, feedback both from employees and
customers. This will also help the organization to maintain the quality of the product and
decrease the disputes and increase the commination. This will also help the employees to share
more skills and knowledge with each other. The organization need to develop an effective
structure so that every manager have the fixed role and do not interference in the communication
of any other manager and decrease the friction on the organization.
Bus company need to understand the customer's languages and beliefs to formulated
effective communication strategies and increase the skills' and knowledge of employee. This will
also hep the employees to increase the satisfaction level of the customers and increase the sales
of the business Firm (Macnamara, 2016). The organization also need to increase the efficiently
understand the vision so that the employees can connect and achieve the objectives effectively.

This report concluded that communication is very important in the growth of business
organization. Communication barriers also need to be analysed In order to examine the efficient
strategies which could help the organization to compete in the market. Bus company Had
analysed many factors which decreased their efficiency in communicating with the market
factors. Customers need to improve the communication skills which would also help the
employee managers and employee customer's relationship. They also need to formulate the
effective strategies which would help the organization to increase the sales and improve the
product;s quality with the help of customer's information which is collected.
