INTRODUCTION
Communication is an effective process of exchanging thoughts and opinions between
various members in order to make a friendly relations with users. However, it is essential for
entire corporate world to make a healthy environment by making a coalition agencies with other
competitors (Anantatmula, 2010). Thus, assignment is going to highlight effectiveness of
interaction process in making a collaborative team for maintaining the professional environment.
Moreover, significance of coordination in an organization is also outlined in this project.
TASK
1. Working across boundaries is critical to well being of service users
It has been observed that number of companies are coming with distinct ideas or creative
thinking in order to develop entire nation by fulfilling their necessary demands or needs.
However, it is not an easy task to work across the person boundaries because it might affects
well being of service users in various ways (Powell and Davies , 2012). For example; if a nurse
is not know about the diagnosis of cancer patient but still she have to do this work then it might
harm the user as well as create critical situation for service provider. Thus, it is indispensable for
companies to perform those work only in which they are specialist without harming any other
person. In fact, number of organization are engaging in various other activities in order to gain
maximum benefits or dream to acquire more or more revenue in a minimum time period. As a
result it affects the development or success of human beings and failed in satisfying their needs.
Basically, if a person is not specialist in a task but still he/she is offering a service to any other
then there is maximum chance of failure. Hence, I believe that enterprises or any person who is
not aware about the service which they are offering is consider as a most critical situation
because it act as a very challenging circumstance for them.
In other words, working across boundaries is really seen as a complex situation for
provider as well as influence the development of final user due to number of reasons that is
identified is going to described further.
Chances of failure:- First or foremost thing which shows that performing job across
personal boundaries creates a maximum chances of failure because if I cant able to do things
appropriately which is assigned to me then it automatically affects my performance level.
Therefore, it is indispensable for every organization or any member to consider necessary

component before offering things while crossing their limitations. I think that an association need
to make plans while dealing with foreign clients in order to minimize chances of losses.
Forecasting issue:- According to my perception one of the major problem which will
definitely occurred is that a person who is involving in providing products or services across the
boundaries is that they get failed in understanding actual needs, choice or requirement of a
person. Therefore, it create a problem while designing goods for well being of customers
because manufacturer is unaware about the user preferences.
Management problem:- Dealing with consumers who belongs from different region or if
an individual is having distinct demand but still company is trying to offer them then it create a
major obstacle for managerial team while managing entire process. Thus, it affects the users
while delivering service from provider (Huxham and Vangen, 2013).
Fluctuation in factors:- Micro or macro factors plays a major role while running a
business entity because policies of overall corporate world is fully depend upon rules or
regulations which is designed by governing bodies. Therefore, if an association is going to offer
products that are out of their stocks then it might have low quality, improper structure or any
other weakness.
Recent trends:- I believe that in every department there is change in current trends due
to emergence of innovative ideas which will create a critical situation for those person
whosoever are involving in offering products from beyond their limitation. Basically, humans
beings are not easily satisfied because they always want some more as well as actually the same
thing.
Apart from this, it has been analysed that number of critical situation are identified while
offering products across the boundaries due to changes in factors related with the service by
influencing well being of every individual (Botha, Kourie and Snyman, 2014). Thus, I thought
number of strategies need to designed for those persons or organization which are going to
involved in offering products or services by going beyond their limitations. Hence, various
useful or suitable schemes that are effective in reducing obstacles is going to described as
follows:-
Advanced technology:- An organization need to adopt various modern technologies in
order to understand the needs or requirements of service users those who are living across
the international boundaries. Along with this it aids in understanding the method of

overcoming issues in a minimum time period. Basically, advanced technology supports in
understanding demands of employees who are staying in various regions as well as
belongs from distinct departments with the help of effective communication process.
Need to implement effective interaction process:- If there is an appropriate interaction
between employees or users of then they can easily communicate with them in order to
understand their wish or choices.
Hence, it has been analysed that it is essential for every service provider either
businessmen, members of social service or various other individuals who are engaging in some
kind of job to get aware about the need or requirement of users before making any decisions
(Ractham andFirpo, 2011). I am believing it is indispensable for them otherwise it might
influence the well being of citizens. Therefore, after considering all the above statements
working beyond a person limitation is a very tough job as well as risky situation because it may
harm the well being of users. For instance; if a student belongs from science stream and exam
papers are related with commerce background he/she can't able to pass this test due to different
department. As a result student get failed in passing the examination which influence his/her
career goals.
2. Significance of collaboration in team environment
In this we can define the exchange of ideas which are needed to boost up performance of
team and achieve goals and objectives as well. It is an important aspect of management which
have an impact on almost functions such as planning, staffing, directing, controlling etc. It is also
known as “Mother Principal” amongst all principles of management. It make surety that unity is
strength in regarding work of individual in team or different departments. It will arrange
activities with proper sequence which helps in gaining same goals and objectives as having needs
to put all efforts in particular single direction to fulfil large visions of organisation ( Morton and
et. al., 2017). This aspect is just to compile number of short term efforts to achieve a long term
goal or make some unique and better ways by combining several ideas to make performance
more effective. Reasons behind collaboration:
Having a large size firm or huge scale of manufacturing order have to build team
associations to have sub-units of number of people for working and to fulfil orders on time.

Huge empire of business have several branches at different places so that it is required to
interact and monitor large amount of employees then collaboration is needed to run your
business successfully.
Delegation of authority plays an important role in this which requires coordination
between different branch heads.
Significance of collaboration in maintaining effective team environment is described as
follows:-
Higher Efficiency and Economy: According to me, it will contribute to boost up abilities
of process by ignoring overlying and cloning efforts of performance. Combining and maintaining
hard-work render effective and stress free team performance. This will make probable return
more than input provides regarding sum of workers. It is necessary to do optimum utilisation of
resources as well as manpower to gain maximum output which will possible with collaboration
only.
Good human relations: I think that improving of manufacturing aspects, coordination
will increase morale and work satisfaction of workers which important to retain them in firm. It
helps in building team power and unable people to create view of security and individual's
expectations regarding their work. It is useful to bring, preserve and engage your manpower and
make better combination of individual and company's goals.
Unity of Direction: This will become more useful to have all the human resource in
single direction to achieve large scale of vision by compiling number of short term efforts by
employees. The management are unable to observe a firm as a whole besides of departmental
objectives.
Quintessence of Management: It has a task to make proper sequence of daily routine
activities and processes to run regarding the achievement of daily basis output from whole
manpower. It can also be referred as to coordinate the different departments of organisation in
mannered way so that a business can run with stability of input and output. It is really needed for
adjustments of problems, linking aspects of same objective, inter-relating to make working unit
more effective (Xue, Shen and Ren, 2010).
Organisational Effectiveness: It helps to make advance loyalty and promises among
workers and boost up skills and stability of firm to gain work satisfaction factor of employees
which ensures long term survival of them in organisation. People feel that they have an image of

experience and utilise their training very well.
Facilitates Motivation: In respect to work in team, it renders proper freedom to workers
which become a motivational factor for them to present initiatives to gain many commercial and
other kind of compensations. It also provide work satisfaction as to perform in a better manner to
fulfil desired objectives.
Quick achievements: We can reduce stress, conflicts, problems, wastages, delays and
several types of issues. This will create more peaceful and stress free environment to facilitate
smooth performing. Overall by this method we can attain objectives and goals very easily as well
as quickly.
Improves goodwill: It helps to provide high featured and valuable product or service at
reasonable price which help in increasing clients as it will be in budget of their income which
returns to profits and benefits.
At last it has been analysed that coordination between employers or employees is one of
the indispensable aspect for every enterprise either small or large because it aids in
accomplishing assigned task or activity in a defined time period. Along with this it aids in
reducing various business risk in an appropriate manner with the help of appropriate tools or
techniques. According to me it is essential to consider necessary elements while dealing with
various organization.
3. Good practice contribute to the effectiveness of multi agency team
Multi agency team is an association in which number of companies are coming closer to
make a coalition in order to attain cumulative outcome by fulfilling the needs or demands of
distinct customers. In fact, somehow it is highly beneficial for all the institution which are
engaged in collaborating process as it aids in attaining their set objectives with the help of useful
strategies or schemes. Along with this, they can easily gain maximum benefits or revenue by
acquiring support from others. Therefore, number of reasons are identified by members to make
a multi agency group which is described as follows:-
To resolve conflicts:- First or foremost thing is that it aids an association while reducing
disputes between various groups or department by taking major steps or initiatives. Mainly, if
various members are come closer for resolving issues then they can easily overcome the

team with skilled or talented employees is to acquire maximum benefits by accomplishing more
or more activities in a minimum time period (Dabbagh and Kitsantas, 2012). In fact, multi
agency team can easily focussed towards their objectives because they come close for attaining
cumulative outcome by satisfying needs or demands of millions of customers.
Reducing social problems:- Apart from all the above benefits minimization of social
issues is also act as a indispensable responsibilities of multi agency team. It means they believe
uplifting entire society by conducting various useful or appropriate programmes.
For example; if I am going to work in an organization then it is essential for me to make a
healthy relations with other staff members by coordinating with each other while working
together in order to maintain a healthy environment of an association. Moreover, by working in a
team I can easily learn different things by exchanging opinions or views with other person.
Hence it has been understood that good practice about subject or knowledge plays a very
effective role in multi agency team because it aids while dealing with various difficult
circumstances.
Good practice is an effective tool of achieving best result as compare to other modes and
it act as a appropriate alternatives of overcoming issues faced by enterprise. Therefore, most of
the multi agency team is adopting various tools or policies for overcoming issues or barriers
faced by enterprise in a minimum time period. Along with this I believe that good practice is
adopted by distinct groups for removing issues faced by them in order to satisfied needs or
demands of entire society. For example; if members of multi agency group is adopted good
practice alternatives then they can easily attain their set objectives as soon as possible because of
its effectiveness and it aids while making policies.
Hence, I thought that if any member who are part of multi agency group or collaborative
team then they can easily accomplish their assigned task in a defined time period by considering
necessary elements or components.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it has been analysed that coordination or effective communication
act as a useful tool of overcoming issues or barriers. Thus assignment is all about major policies

objective of this report is to highlight the critical situation which is faced by enterprise or
