INTRODUCTION
Effective communication is a great procedure of exchanging knowledge, ideas,
information and thoughts to conducting their professional activities or operations in a very
effective manner. This report will include my experience of effective communication and
the process that encourage me towards the improvement in professional performance.
This report will also highlight the reflection of how communicating and working in a
professional has influenced my performance, experience and behaviour.
MAIN BODY
Part A:
According to my professional experience effective communication plays a integral
role in any corporate sector. It is very essential to create effective communication in the
organisation to conduct the business activities in a very great manner (Austin and
Pinkleton., 2015). The effective communication removes the all confusion and errors
between the operational activities. As per my professional experience, effective
communication helps to improve relationship between the managers and employees of
the organisation that can enhance efficiency and morale. Communicate effectively is the
organisation to ensure that business can achieve their goals in a short period of time.
There are various skills required in employees or managers for effective
communication such as: the person should have a listening skill, they should have to
become a good listener. At the workplace, friendliness nature of a person, open
mindedness, empathy, respect, clarity and concision needed for effective communication.
Communication is major source to share their business facts, activities and other
important things (Oetzel., 2017). Effective communication means the communication
between two or more people for the purpose of receiving, misunderstanding and delivering
the information successfully. In the organisation, it is a great process of sharing message
with team members or workers to provide effective guidance and support fro production
activities.
For the making the communication more effective, people should have to follow
seven principles of communication. The message that are delivering and receiving at the
work place must be concrete that create a clear picture of what the manager or employees
are trying to tell. Coherent communication ia very necessary form give clear direction to
the workers. Coherent communication is an effective, logical, well planned and successive
manner of communication. Clarity is a main factor for the effective communication. Clear
communication between the leader and employees will deliver a clear message so that
they become able to understand each other's meaning. In the communication, leader must
have to clear about their purpose and goals (Fan and et. al., 2015). Commitment is most
important in communication, a best committed message will increase morale and leave a
huge impact. In the communication, a person should have to use a consistency in their
communication. The selection of words matters most when doing communication at
workplace. The leaders words should not confused their team and team members. They
must have to develop a consistency of voice, content and tone in the communication. The
communicative sentence shouldn't be incomplete. The leaders and managers of the
organisation must have to ensure that their communication induces all the information and
necessary elements.

The process in the organisation to improve performance
As per the Driscroll's model of reflection the process of improve my performance
with the effective communication can be define as follow:
I had gained a huge experience form the organisational activities and operations. In the
organisation, Email tool used by the company at their workplace. I gained experience of
the effective communication and its importance in the organisation. It is very essential for
the company to adopt best communication tool for it. The effectiveness of communication
tool helps the organisation to develop positive environment at workplace. But sometime,
the Email communication tool create confusion between the leaders and employees. It is
not totally effective tool for communication (Gluyas., 2015). The leader communicate with
the employees with the use of Email, sometime it is misguiding the workers because all
the expression of people can not be in the written format. So that, for the alteration in the
communication tool. Company adopt web conferencing and cell phone technology for the
effective communication. It develops as a best communication tool for the organisation. It
helps the leaders or managers of the organisation to communicate and guide the workers
with more effectively. It eliminate all the misunderstandings and confusions between the
workers and leaders.
Part B:
A reflection of how working and communicating in a professional has influenced my
performance, experience and behaviour.
During the working in the organisation, the professional working and
communicating largely influenced my behaviour, experience and performance. I had
achieved the huge knowledge and experience form the work or operations of the
organisation. It helped in increasing my performance in the business activities and assist
me to follow effective guideline of leaders to attain huge success and accomplish
objectives of the business.
I had developed various new skills such as effective communication skill, time
management skill, developed strong work ethics, creative and innovative problem solving
ability, teamwork, leadership quality and also developed a self motivated quality. All these
skills assist me to increase my performance at workplace (Yap, Abdul-Rahman and Chen.,
2017). All these skills improved my behaviour towards the achieving business goals and
objectives in a very effective manner. The effective communication skill helps to enlarge
my knowledge and learning power. Effective communication improved my behaviour,
experience and performance at workplace and gives a major confidence in organisational
activities.
CONCLUSION
From the above report, it is concluded that the effective communication is the main
pillar of any organisation's success. Without the effective communication, employees or
leaders of the company becomes confused and misguided. It is essential for the
organisation to implement effective communication tool in their organisation to improve
employee's performance, experience and behaviour towards the attaining organisational
and encourage the talented and productive workforce for business success. Good
communication is very necessary to eliminate ambiguities, questions and
misunderstandings between the leaders, managers, employees or workers. It develops a
