Effective communication is predominately the process of interaction between two or
more people wherein intended message or idea is successfully delivered as well as received by
the recipient. The main purpose of this report is to understand the importance of effective
communication in organization and recommend various communication practices to London tube
system.

to build the social relationship at workplace and develop a bond of friendship (Yap, Abdul-
