INTRODUCTION
Communication is the process of transferring the information form one person to another
to make them understand and it involves the at least one sender, a message and the recipient. The
communication can be done form the various means and it affects it functionality by various
means (Pradhananga, ElZomor and Kasabdji, 2021). For every sector, it is important to have the
effective communication so that the right information can be pass to the right person with the
consideration of attaining the specific task. Health care is the sectors which includes the
companies which are involve in providing the medical services, manufacture medical equipment
etc. Communication is important in the health care services as they protect their patients by
treating them with the proper assessment and treatment with the effective communication within
the team.
MAIN BODY
Identify the reasons why people tends to communicate.
Commination is the tool by which the individual exercise their influence on others and
bring out change and individual attitudes and also create the change in the individual behaviour
by which they can establish the strong relationship with them. It play the major role in the active
life and that is the social activity(Mayer, Nasso and Earp, 2017). An individual must have the
effective communication so that they can give their opinion and the suggestion in order to get the
personal development in their lives. The main aim of communicating among the people is t
maintain the common attention in the large group with the aspect of having the effective team
and communication so desired goal of the company can be accomplished in a better way.
Health care and and the social services are the aspect which includes the organisation
which are engaged in the medical services in accordance to treat their patient with the right
approach and this comes under social services as it the government services that is provide fro
the benefit of the community. When they have the effective communication among the team,
they can accomplish their goal in an better way and reach to the objectivity of their services.
Explain the impact of communication in setting the relationship in workplace.
Communication is the medium by which the individual can pass their thoughts and
feeling to the other person and make understand the other person related to the specific
task(Jamieson, Kahan and Scheufele, 2017). In an organisation, it become tough to work with

language so it is important for an organisation to have the effective communication so that each
and every employees can understand each other maintain the good relationship among them.
Employee relation within the organisation encourage the employees to complete their
task in an easy approach as there is a direct contract among them by which they can ask their
queries and give their ideas in the team so that all the task can be done in systematic manner. In
health care services, It is important to have the effective communication among the seniors and
their subordinates so that they can communicate the specific task to the concerned person in
accordance to complete them in a right approach.

individual and the other that includes the outburst of aggression, resistant behaviour by the client.

In hospitals, many times the critical situation is arises as it is directly related to the heath
of the people so the doctor have to stay back before approaching to the specific situation
and take time to understand the issues.
They must speak slowly in a calm voice so that the patient and their family member can
also understand the exact situation and they remain calm.
Show some respect and dignity while treating the patient all the time.
They must eliminate the boredom, social isolation, irritating factors like noise and
uncomfortable clothing(Rice and Keysar, 2017).
They must emphasis on participation in the activities and the enhance the comport and
decision-making and dignity.

main consideration of the employees and their language by which the share their opinion

common language that can be understand by every one within the organisation.

Verbal communication: It is the way which includes face-to-face interaction of the
individual and it can includes the means through radio, television or the sue of mobile
phone. This helps in meeting the individual need in an appropriate manner(Mangir and et.
al., 2020).
Non-verbal communication: It is the method in which includes the gesture, body
language and the eye contact which helps the individual to get the work done in an
appropriate manner and leads to full fill the various needs of the individual.

like positive body language, gesture, eye contact and response. These aspect helps in receiving
the right information to the receiver and make them understand about the specific problem.

There are various means by which occur at any stage of the communication process and

The use of jargon: When the individual use the unfamiliar or technical words that is not
understand by everyone and that become the barrier in the effective communication and
the employees in the health care service face the huge problem in operating the person in

the various health issues so I have called to the hospital and they give all the detail of the
patient. The hospital staff has assist the patient and observe the recovery and the problems and
then give their extra efforts and understand their mental and physical sickness in order to treat
them. Thus, it is the perfect example of having effective communication with the team members.
