INTRODUCTION
Culture awareness is basically a communication foundation which involves their
capability to standing with other awareness regarding the beliefs, perceptions and other values of
the culture. This is the centric when an individual interact and communicate from the cultures.
Through these the people can easily evaluate an interpret the things in several ways (Tomalin
and Stempleski, 2013). Along with the globalization of the business organisations which increase
their diversity in their workplace and other multicultural intensity in culture, society which aware
tools in industry. This assignment is going to present the cross culture communications and
effective communication principles.
Main areas from potential misunderstanding in context with cross culture communication
In the workplace of multi cultural which is typically doing there business in a world-
wide economy. The cultural barriers usually bound to the process of communication . Apart from
this, there is the trouble in interoperating those people who use different languages. This is very
challenging task and elements and they have to homogeneously work together with the different
background the organisation. They lead to accomplish the organisational objectives and goals.
The world is consist of several frames, emotions, behaviours and attitudes (Malewski, Sharma,
and Phillion, 2012). There are the subject matter which mislead due to cross cultures some of the
other factors are as follows :-
Language barrier :- The pronunciation as well as connection is very complicated things
and the communication in between the public speaking various languages is quite complex.
Language has their own way of depict and understand the things and people and even their
skilled as well as talented translators. They also figure out this tricky one very difficult emotions
and other concepts which also can lead to their misunderstanding. It is most of the time when an
individual can misunderstand the meaning of the other language which is spoken by the
individual from the different background.
Hostile stereotypes :- The inaccurate and aggressive stereotypes of the audience from
the different place can also become a barrier in the process of the communications in their work
place. The mental representation are the assumption of the people which they react regarding the

example :- It is always consider and a typical stereotype mind set of the people that the

Americans are impatient, arrogant, tolerant and friendly. But that genuine that it not describe the
entire Americans and not al of them can lie with these characteristics. This type of the
misconception lead to as a barriers.
Behavioural differences :- The differences in between the employees and in terms of the
behavioural culture which can be responsible for creating misunderstanding. There are most of
the cultures which has guidelines regarding there proper behaviours. In some of the cultures,
looking directly in someone's eyes is considered as the rude behaviours while in others it also
believe as the disrespectful (Ang and Van Dyne, 2015). So, by getting the correct point by
impolite by the people a small talk which also consider as the business discussions. This
misconceptions and beliefs regarding their society may become barrier.
As according to this picture it defines global integrated enterprises. At the same time the
culture diverse organisation with the similar workforce which as the range of the potential

advantages. These are categorise into two grou[s one is where the culture differences are
inevitable but almost incidental to the benefits obtained. On the other hand the one where the
diversity is cause the benefits.
Emotion display :- The display of the emotions is kind of different in various cultures. In
few nations for depicting the anger fear, frustration consider as the inappropriate their setting of
the business. . People who belongs to that kind of the cultures actually keep there emotions
hidden which only discuss their aspects of the factual situation. On the other hand, there are
various countries too in which the participants aspects to disclose their emotions. So, the
misunderstanding can arise with in the organisation .
The principles of effective communication
Communication is a key of every business it is wide range array of their stakeholders.
Significantly, it raise the communication and somewhere it is impossible to transform
information without using their new technologies which simplifies and communicated in their
organisation through landscape, email, social media and other mobile phones.
Communication details :- There are various forms which is demand by the sender and
receiver. The sender usually consist of the loads of responsibility to make sure that the
communication process will be effective and accurate. When the senders need to make sure that
the subject matter would be effective and also conveyed to their target audience and their success
chances which is raised immeasurably.
Stated purpose :- The people who communicated all of the time through the non verbal
and verbal mediums. When the communication plan to be raise their odd of the organisations
which will be more effective (Wu, Marek and Chen, 2013. Apart from this, after engaging in
their communication along with the audience in respect to be their determined size, purpose and
other communication.
Audience needs :- The enterprises communicators who always have their other indeed
target audience. They also clearly refer and describe their audience which knowing a much as
possible regarding them to assist them so they can make their communication at effective and
accurate (Beck and et. al., 2013). They have to determine objectives and audience of the
communications and also assist to the communicator of the organisation which come with their
other key message. That is planed to make the bridge gap in between their objectives and needs
of the audience and communications.

Multiple channels :- There are the advertisers who got long measured frequencies and
recentness and also have to reach to their elements of their effective advertisement. The
communicators of the business have to take themselves in account the similar considerations and
also work to transformed the information to their key and target audience. The wider reach or the
distribution of the message which might-be sent (Iwai, 2013).
CONCLUSION
As according to the above mentioned assignment it is concluded that the in the similar
organisation there ate various people who belongs from the different culture. Due to this
sometime that mislead the information which can create conflicts. So, they have to understand
the scenario and try to do the effective communication which help them to understand an senders
prospectives. In the effective communication they've to take care of the subject matter and the
medium through which they conveying the message that should be feasible to both of them. The
different and cross culture provide strengthen to the organisation as well as also face various
types of the complication which is already stated below. So, to get rid of that they need to
improve their level of communication and do that appropriately by using principles of the
communication.
