INTRODUCTION
The concept of communication can be defined as a term used to make
interaction with others. In business, various kinds of communication is
used to share information with people associated with company which is
helpful in conveying message in a concise manner. It is also helpful in
understanding opinion of others on a specific topic. Generally it is done
through verbal, non-verbal, oral or in written form which is useful in
getting feedback and perception of persons.

function of business works. Model of communication is a set of variables which shows
the method of exchanging information between people who are association with a
company. There are various kinds of model are available in business, some of them are
explaining below:-
Aristotle's Persuasion Model- It is presented by a Greek Philosopher Aristotle, according
to this model, “ When an executive deliver information to various people in an
organisation then way of giving message is included in persuasion model.” It includes
three most important elements of process of communication in business which
includes Sender-Message-Receiver. Thus, it reflects one sided way of communication
so role of speaker looks neglected here.

Newcomb's Inter-Personal Communication Model- This model is considered as one of
the simplest method in which three parties are involved in communication i.e. if

on third party rather than to talk directly. It was given by Newcomb and due to
dependence of third party, sender and receiver are not identified here.

Shannon and Weaver's Information Theory model- In this model, process of
communication start from a sender who somehow convey message by
converting ideas or important information into it and send to receiver.
Further, this message transmit to others by a certain media. After then
perception of receivers send back to sender. In complete process, a
transmitter is used to convert whole information into perceivable signal so,
occurrence of noise may interrupt the whole procedure.

Method of communication:-
Non-verbal communication- It includes actions, gestures or other forms of physical
appearance which is used to combine facial expression
Verbal communication skills- It is a way of sharing information among person at workplace
by using speech. It is necessary for employees in order to understand duties and role of
them in association so this type of communication should be in appropriate manner.
Visual communication skills- Since level of technology has been developed so far, so in this
section, information is shared by visual aids. This type of skill is useful in marketing
products or services of a company. It is a combination of both audio and video aids.
Electronic communication skills- This type of communication method is the most important
and beneficial used by all type of organisations working whether at small or large scale.
It provides various methods like email, instant messaging, text conversation, voicemail,
video conferencing and more. These sources are helpful in conveying a same message
to various people in an instant way.
