Abstract
The purpose of writing the following paper is to discuss about the importance of communication
in the various workplaces. The company that has been chosen in this regard is the ABC
Company. The main aim of this company is to satisfy the needs of their customers and provide
them with the best services. The role of the communication at the workplaces is very important
indeed. The organization must focus on providing the best services through proper
communication with the customers. If they cannot communicate with the customers, they will
need to bring up some new innovative strategies that will cater to the purpose of communicating
with the customers. The customers can be contacted through the means of various social media
platforms and they should be able to know the likes and dislikes of the customers.
Some very important things have been discussed here as a part of the communication strategy.
The company will need to develop some ideas regarding the proper marketing of their products
and services. The company needs to develop some education drives and programs for the
customers that will help them to understand that the value of their products and services
properly. They will have to be very much active in the social media. This will benefit them
because the customers will be attracted to use their products once they feel ABC Company can
be able to satisfy their needs. All these things have been discussed in this paper.

Introduction
Workplace communication is one of the most important things in the modern
organizational culture. It is very obvious that the absence of proper communication between the
employees and the customers will ruin the profits of the organization. The consumer behavior is
largely dependent on the communication between the employees and the customers. If the needs
of the customers are not satisfied this will lead to the less popularity of the organizations. The
customers want the best services on their behalf and it is the responsibility of the service
providers to provide the best products and services to the customers. The customers have to be
given the best services within the fixed time and this will bear a positive impact on the service
providers. The most essential thing in this context is the proper communication between the
employees and the customers. The service providers must be able to question the service
providers about their needs, likes and dislikes so that they can provide the customers with the
best services.
There are some specific tactics by which one can connect with the customers properly.
These tactics will have to be applied in order to get the best outcomes (Kumar and Reinartz
2012). The products and services will have to be sold to the customers in a way that the
customers should be attracted to use them. The use of social media is very much important in this
context because it is a very useful medium to get the hold of the minds of the customers.

The workplace communication has been regarded as one of the most important tools to
achieve more productivity and make more profits for the organizations (Kumar 2012). The

because the employees will need to convey the information to their higher authorities. All the
communication tools should interwork between each other. The faith of the consumers on one
particular service provider depends on the fact of how they should provide the best services to
them. The effect of a good leadership will bear a positive impact on the productivity of the
organization (Kumar 2012).
If an organizational leader cannot communicate with his team and an exceptional
leadership strategy will very effectively gear up all the employees indeed. The communication at
the workplace should be done properly and efficiently so that it will bring the best changes in
respect to the betterment of the organizations. There are some small strategies by which an
efficient leader will be able to motivate his entire team (Williams 2013). The communication
with the customers is a very important thing because the service providers are liable to provide
the best services to the customers only (Hollander 2013). Some important methods or strategies
of communication at the workplace are to send emails, meeting openly with the employees,
having one on one chat with the employees, use short power point presentations to attract the
attention of the employees. The employees can be communicated properly through training as
well. It is also very important to arouse the confidence within the minds of the employees
(Hollander 2013). They should encourage all the team members to work efficiently and bring the
best results for the organization indeed. They should set up good connections with the customers
and keep track of their likes and dislikes in a formidable way indeed.

There have been some definite issues that have been predominant in the workplace
communication. These are:-
Barriers of language
Language barriers are considered to be one of the most important issues in this context.
The cross-cultural elements come into play as many employees come from the opposite cultures
in the multicultural organizations. The employees will not be able to communicate with each
other in the same language. These different ethnic backgrounds will restrain the employees from
communicating properly. This is why the communication will slow down between the
employees.
Personal issues
The daily operations in the company will help the organization to grow properly. If the
employees let the personal issues come into their professional activities, it will surely disturb the
co-ordination between the employees. This will affect the growth of the organization. These

When some employees join a new company he or she cannot get accustomed with the
older employees properly. This will seriously affect the bonding between the employees. They
