effective communication
The various barrier to effective
communication identified by Brit-tech the
impact of which employees do not want to
come to office after work from home are as
follows:
Physical barrier is the first challenge
in which it is identified that employees of
Brit-tech are hesitating in using the public
transport during this pandemic situation and
also for maintaining their own safety
(Bolsen and Shapiro, 2018).
Emotional is a second barrier to
effective communication which is faces by
Brit-tech employees in which they are
preferring working from home more. It is
because they feel more safe and productive
at work from home and unable to manage
their work when they will come to office.
Organizational schedule barrier is
third challenge the impact of which
employees unable to come to office again.
They think that Brit-tech company will fail
in implementing the social distancing
measure at work. If they will fail, then they
also get infected from the coronavirus which
is not safe for their family members
(Subramanian and Jeyaraj, 2018). Further,
the staffs also feel that if company will
expect extra working for them they can’t
able to do that because of night lock-down
etc.
Perpetual barrier is another barrier
faces by employees of Brit-tech in which
they are facing issues related to vaccination
and discrimination. The non-vaccinated
employees are facing issue of discrimination
from vaccinated people while the vaccinated
people are facing issue of getting infected
when they personally interact with them
The last barrier which are main
reason why employees do not want to come
Brit-tech office again is interpersonal
barrier. The employees have lost their
interaction skill along with the effective

Effective strategies for overcoming
communication barriers
The various strategies that Brit-tech
company will adopt in order to overcome
the above mentioned barriers are as follows:
Arranging office vehicle for
employees: The company will arrange the
vehicle such as bus for the employees who
does not have their own vehicle. Also, the
company will make sure that such bus will
always get sanitize twice a day in order to
manage safety of employees.
Hosting formal and informal activities:
The company will also host and conduct the
formal as well as informal parties for their
employees in order to improve their
interpersonal and communication skills. In
this activities, speech, debate, sharing own
experience type activities will be included
by company (Sheppard and Thomas, 2021).
Vaccination campaign: Further, the
company will also launch vaccination
campaign at their own premises so that each
and every employee of office can get
vaccination dose. This helps the employees
to get vaccination at free of cost along with
removing their fear of discrimination and
risk of disease spread (Sheppard and
Thomas, 2021). The company will call their
employees who does not get vaccination
does in slots and those have been vaccinated
need to show their certificates for the safety
of other employees.
Lastly, the company will arrange hand
sanitization at each employee desk along
with the all over the office along with the
PPE kits for the safety of employees.
