This report examines the challenges faced by the elderly, women, and youth due to inequality within society. It highlights the issues of social isolation, poverty, and discrimination, particularly in the workplace and within families. The report discusses how elderly individuals often experience neglect and lack of resources, while women face gender-based inequalities, including unequal pay. The report also emphasizes the importance of human rights and the role of organizations in providing effective services. The report also discusses how youth are being neglected and how gender discrimination is a major factor contributing to the same. The report discusses that the Gender Discrimination Acts are being followed in many places, which has allowed the individuals, i.e., the youth groups to make a voice against discrimination and even get the equal scopes and opportunities within the educational or professional sector just like others.

Ways by which elderly people, women and youth have managed lives while having
inequalities within the society
There are multiple elderly individuals, specifically, the older women being poor,
socially isolated, unhealthy, lower pay, who are neglected within the society and are treated
as unequal corresponding to a normal aged man or woman. It is shameful for the fact that
they are treated unequally and face discrimination within the society and often neglected
much. The disadvantage of cumulative poverty and social isolation have resulted in financial
insecurity, lack of health and poor connections for the elderly individuals as well as women.
Within workplace, there are cases when women members are treated unequally and are even
paid lesser wages when compared to a regular male (Woodman & Wyn, 2014). Gender
inequality has also been experienced at household chores where women have been made to
serve family while men would work at office. Nowadays, with the formation of Human
rights on the issue of neglecting and inequality for the older people in the society, the health
and social care organisations have managed to deliver effective services.
On the other hand, people who are unable to do anything, they are either left in old
age homes or take help from the social workers to find out a place for living and getting food
for the rest of live. The youth have also been neglected and it can be seen where gender
discrimination is a major factor contributing to the same based on race, religion, creed, colour
and ethnicity (Lareau, 2015). The Gender Discrimination Acts are being followed in many
places, which has allowed the individuals, i.e., the youth groups to make voice against
discrimination and even get the equal scopes and opportunities within the educational or
professional sector just like others (Berliner, 2013).
