Explaining how digital tools can be used for written and verbal communication
The practising of digital communication tools can support me in doing both type of
communication like written and verbal(González Ramos, 2020). The objectives of verbal
communication can achieved by practising the video conferencing tools such as Skype,
Microsoft teams and much more. On the other hand, I can also use the digital platforms such as
E-mail software for communicating with my staff members through writing messages. In
addition to this, I can also undertake use of Slack software for conveying my message in
different formats along with this I can also attach emojis and other attractive symbols for the
purpose of explaining my point of view in most appropriate manner(Presti, Maggiore and
Marino, 2022).
Describing importance of effective communication in digital age
The proper form of communication is essential in the digital age as it can allow me to virtually
interact with my friends, family members and business workers by using various collaborative as
well as social media platforms. The online communication channels has provided me a chance to
hold a good communication with business stakeholders from sitting at the remotest area of
country(Kisiołek, Karyy and Нalkiv, 2021). Thus, it can be recognised that digital
communication is becoming a great asset for holding better communication.
Describing how effective communication impact business success and failure
The effective communication by using the digital platforms like social media channels can
support in positively influencing the business success as through this I can meet my business
objectives by communicating with the employees who works in remote areas(Diaz and et.al.,
2021). It can also support me in reducing the extra cost as well as manage the time in proper
manner. Most importantly, it can enable me to establish stronger connections with all my
stakeholders through knowing their needs and wants effectively.
