Stages of management
First Stage: Project conception and initiation: This covers the first part of the project, here the project
will cover the entirety of the definition of project in a broader form. This part often starts with a business
case for the project. Here I will expatiate and explore the feasibility of the project as regard the possibility of
the project success. This phase discovers if there is need for a feasibility study at all.
Second phase: Project definition and planning. This cover the detail planning of the project. It is
essentially the roadmap or plan that all action and activity will follow. This part starts with the goal and
objective which clearly exhibit a SMART and CLEAR pattern which essentially is the two popular ways of
achieving project objectives. Here the project scope, and development of the project plan will be carried
out. Also, the cost of project, resources needed, and time frame of the project management will be drafted. A
project baseline is also determined and measure so as to hold accountable every action and activity in the
project execution. The project plans also include the development of baselines or measurements of
performance. This measurable concern is often carried out through the timetable, cost and scope of the
project.
Third Phase: Project launching and execution: this part covers the development of project deliverables
and also its completion. This essentially is the core part of the project as it covers the meetings, updates of
project development, status and performance reports. It is often the case for this stage to start with a meeting
that will earmark the project launching face, here individual team member is made aware of their duties and
roles as regard the project.
Forth phase: Project performance control (monitoring): The aim of this part of the project is to
continually appraise the achievement and progress of the project through measuring it and ensuring that it
comply with the initial project management plan previously drafted. It is often the case that a project
manager will choose at least two to five KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) which will serve as the
measuring means or tools.

project are currently discontinued. It acknowledges valuable team members. Some PMs are also organizing
small business events to appreciate the participants in the project. Once a project has finished, the Project
Manager often holds a meeting to evaluate and determine project defaults – which can be called a post
mortem meeting.

This pertain to the actual design of project expectations or deliverables in a concise achievable manner.
Setting goals that are obtainable, possible and achievable. Not all in the scope of the project itself but also in
the time frame set for the achievement of the set projects. It is often the most crucial aspect of the project
management as a project is deem successful when it can achieve its goal and objective, and goal and

Risks and Issues
The project time frame is a 3 month time streach, numerous problem projected to arise are the following; the
project for example may fail to secure sufficient or relevant data and information from the respondents.
Inadequate budgeting of insufficient fundings due to lack for adequate forecast can also arise during project
execution. Lack of access or the web due to Wifi been down in the local libraries where data are intended to
be sougth, access can even be denied in some cases. Websites of case studies could be done, Employee
could prove uncooperative. Respondants may refuse participation and Healt issues can aslo arise.
Project quality
In other to ensure that the project work is met with a quality standard. I attempt to limit the specific project

so that the reader may get the drift of the research conclusion and summation. All components and units of
the research have been criticall made to dance understandably together to achieve effective communictaion
and thus fulfill research objective.
Further more by the end of the research, there will be project communication through presentation. Which is
to be provided in a report form. Email and class activities will be use to communicate ongoing research
development. There is also the provision of log book where records of my activities as related to the
