Business communication can be of three types: written, oral, and non-verbal. In the
age of digitalisation and technological advancement, e-mailing is the more effective way of
communication, which is adopted by almost every business organisation in the world. E-mail
is the fastest mode of electronic written communication (Asghar, 2014). Almost all kind of
business organisation, profession, and trades uses the e-mail facility because of it is the
fastest and cheaper way of communication. In modern days, the emails work like legal
agreements and can be used to any form of business or profession. E-mail can help a
businessperson to handle customer issues and their queries in quick time. E-mail can be also
used as a promotional tool that can help the business organisation to promote business
products or services. In the daily business works, e-mails are the best way of buying, selling,
trading, and calling people and quickly exchange information without any worry of distance
(Kumar, 2018). Emails can also facilitate the business organisation in sharing and
collaboration. Therefore, the importance of e-mail can be same as your identity card, which is
necessary or a business organisation to communicate with people. There are various great
examples of E-mail. For example, when a customer faces problem regarding the product
he/she bought from a store ABC and it is impossible for him to replace the product now, then
the customer can e-mail to the ABC store, inform the businessperson about the issue, and
request them to replace the product with new one. The e-mail can be arrived in a second to
the businessperson, and he replaced the product by deliver new product instead of damage
product. Through E-mail communication both time and money can be save by both the
parties and it also provide customer satisfaction to the consumer of ABC store.
