A) Reinforcement for efforts and increase the perception of personal
In modern era of business, organisation are focused to make various strategies and
standards that help to provide more and more benefits to employee. This support to make staff
member highly motivated so that allotted work is performed in respective manner giving major
advantage to company (Costa and Monteiro, 2016). This mainly helps to enhanced the worker
knowledge and ability to perform work that reduce the chances of error. It is observed that a
motivated employee will always tries to keep ethical behaviour within company and introduce
positive practices that consider important for company to attain the desired targets. Manager uses
various method to motivate or praise the worker efficiency that are as follows:
Look into work and determine the facts: When companies grow it is not possible for
manager to look into or keep a direct eye on every member or worker. Thus manager use to
make smaller team that aids to see the work performed by each member and determine any kind
of problem faced by team member and any issue arises because of them. Manager keeps
attention on efforts made by every team member so that it makes easier for them to make
decision regarding additional benefits which must be provided to member.
Communication the valuable information: The most crucial role of manager is to
communicate important information to entire staff member so that they are able to perform
worker in desired manner resulting with maximum benefits to company. Manager uses both
verbal and written communication methods to make valuable notes so that any problem faced by
team member can be easily removed by making effective plans and policies. It is observed that
written prise must be given in the attachment of email or sticky notes that will support to
maintain authentic and accurate record about all staff working in company.
B) Technique to find best solution to employees personal worth perception problems.
In companies, manager use to prepare record of each employee so that they can award
some additional benefits to worker those are performing well and making extra efforts to meet
the objective in respective time period. The values of worker for company can be identified by
actual top performance in that period (Howells, 2012). Employees are consider to be valuable
part of company, therefore they needed to be compensated according to their ability and skill set

to perform assigned work. With the support to brainstorming activity a valuable discussion are
made to make crucial ides and develop ways to overcome problem faced by company.

C) Consensus decision making
The process of consensus decision making helps to create trust and develop ownership
and commitment as it includes all participants. This support manager and employees to make
best alternative so that problems faced during working could be resolved. Team members
become more involved and dedicated to implementing when they have the chance to develop
their own objectives, initiatives or plans of intervention (Zhang, Vogel and Zhou, 2012).
Generally, consensus decision making needs a common objective, a consensus comprehension
and an expert facilitator. Thus it is stated that working in team requires every member
engagement which support to attain the desired goals.
