and et.al 2020). Also, an individual must know how to lead a number of people within the
organization. The Human resource managers need to listen effectively to the needs and
wants of the people within the company and communicate the same to higher authorities.
Human capital development skills
The responsibilities of a human resource manager are not only restricting to hiring
and recruiting of workforce within the organization, but, it is their responsibility to conduct
training and development programmes in order to enhance the existing skill set of the
employees and increase their working efficiency.
Communication and interpersonal skills
The role of a Human resource manager includes effectively communicating within the
organization with respect to the needs and wants of the employees within the company. The
Human resource manager needs to negotiate salary with the employees, explains the
