workers and the managers of the organisation, Primark. The smooth internal communication
marks the success of the organisation globally and among the competitors. The following report
discusses the importance of the business communication internally and discusses the various
types of communication that take place in the smooth operation of the business. The concerned
report specifies the comparison between the different types of internal communication and draws
the conclusion regarding the impact of the communication over the business. The report is
conducted to understand the importance of business communication in the workplace and the
impact of it among the workers. The report consists of research based on primary data findings.
The report is conducted in according to the assumption that the individuals questioned regarding
the business communication are employed or show related to employment and business.
Methodology
The information for the steps required for the implementation of the information gathered and
proper understanding of the information required for the successful completion of the research i
well described in methodology. As supported by Kothari, (2008, p.56), the name methodology
suggest the methods and the techniques to be used for the deduction of the better answer from
any research work. The support of the information and the steps marks the smooth operation
towards the reaching of the information targeted through the research work. In here, primary
data has been considered for the better understanding of the first-hand information and
suggestion from the people questioned. For the proper understanding of the fact, 30 people have
been questioned on the basis of designing a questionnaire. The question dealt with the
information regarding the topic of the effectiveness of business communication. The sample size
of the research is 30 individuals. The primary data collected has been analysed by sing charts and
diagram. The response of the individuals is converted into a percentage and made into
understandable values for the better understanding. The conclusion of the report is drawing
accordance to the analysis of the data gathered from the survey. The frequencies and the
percentage are charted along for better understanding of the values. The researcher has
maintained specific ethical codes in performing the research on the topic. Ethical codes are those

From the question 1, it is evident that most individual out of the 30 individuals questioned carries
up internal and external means of communication in an organisation. This implies that effective
means of communication is followed up within the organisation, Primark. About 40% of the total
individual is sure about the definition of the definition of the internal communication in an
organisation. However, it is alarming that that 33% of the individuals questioned only knows it
as a form of the question. The data of question 1 it evidently shows a negligible number of
people are not sure and knows something different regarding the information on internal
communication. The different kinds of communication classify as- external, internal, nonverbal
and verbal communication. In fact, behavioural communication is eventually carried up in the
organisation, Primark. External communication means linking up with the external organisations
and agencies as well as with the clients and customers. Internal communication means
interacting with employees and other employers. Non verbal communication implies the mode of
communication which is being facilitated through mailing and messages whereas verbal
communication implies oral communication that is particularly carried out through means such
as telephone, video calling and conferences or meetings. On the other hand, behavioural
communication implies conveying information or holding up of meetings maintaining proper
gesture while interacting with clients. About 33% of the sample population which is 30 voted in
favour of the internal communication.

understanding of the problems and the identifying of the solution in the workplace marks the
effectiveness of the communication in the workplace.

the proper success of the organisation. On answering the possible barriers in communication, it is
evident that language is the prime barrier to the effective communication in an organisation. It
can be minimised with the better training of communication skill of the workers of the
organisation. The smooth operation of an organisation is only possible with the proper
coordination and proper alignment with the direction and the way of performing.
