Leadership can be defined as that particular aspect which is related to leading the
different individuals in a particular direction for achieving a common objective (Stoller,
2020). The current report consults discussion about evaluation on how the leadership will be
adopted to manage the millennial generation. This will helps in undressing aspects of
leadership in and role of it in this generation.
MAIN BODY
Millennial generation can be defined as that generation people who are born between
the 1986 and 1990 according to the Merriam Webster dictionary for staff and also include
some people who are born from earlier 2000. this generation is also known as generation y
because they come after the generation x (Berkovich, 2016). The basic character of this
millennial generation can be characterized as the different ways. One of the negative side of
this generation is that it describe the lazy stick and prone to jump from the job to job people.
In context to this providing an appropriate leadership and using an exact style of leadership is
essential and order to influence the decision making ability of this generation. Leadership is
that aspect of the current time which is directly related to providing the opportunities to
different individuals and guidance in accordance with the target to reach a particular level of
satisfaction. In context of this generation it is essential to provide an appropriate leadership so
that they can take decisions effectively and can strengthen their development as well as
achieve better opportunities.
As per the view point of Khan (2017) Menial generation is directly oriented towards
their career but they always focus on shifting job as well as identifying better opportunities.
This states that it require an leadership style which provide them flexible working
environment as well as opportunities to develop within the organisation so that their shifting
