In order to bring about effective productivity at the workplace, it becomes relatively crucial
to ensure that effective leadership at the workplace can be maintained essentially. In association
with this, it becomes relevant to ensure that the study is being able to find the manner in which the
effective leadership will motivate the employees and bring about increased productivity at the
workplace. Hence, through this study, the influence of leadership on the productivity will be
assessed critically.
Aims and objectives:
The aim of the research is to find the influence of leadership on the organizational productivity at
the workplace.
The objectives which have been set for the study can be mentioned to be as follows:

1. To understand the concept of effective leadership in the workplace.
2. To analyse the concept of organizational productivity and understand how it can be
maintained at the workplace.
3. To find the association this tends to exist between the effective leadership and the
