INTRODUCTION
Learning and teaching is the effective method to make understood other about the particular
topic. Inclusive teaching methods allows to implement the better teaching method which enables
the learner to acquire the knowledge for their betterment. Inclusive teaching allows the teacher to
teach the diversity or enable the students to respect the cross cultural activities. This report
involves the demonstration of each task which involves the different factors that include the
solution which is described in the report.
MAIN BODY
TASK 1
1.1 Purpose of resources in learning and teaching
Resources are the supporting tools which helps to evaluate the task successfully. Resources helps
the teacher to implement the effective teaching practices in order to improve the learning process
for the individual. The resources which are used in the teaching and learning can be audio, video,
images, presentation lecture. Each resource has their own objectives. As for the video or visual
representation can allow the teacher to effectively describe the topic it also develops the practical
knowledge in the student. If there are the students who are disabled then the teacher can proceed
to use the audio lectures so that student can develop the knowledge regarding the topic.
Therefore, the main purpose of using the resources can be beneficial both for the teacher and for
the student as it enables the good learning process for the students. Also, it allows the teacher to
describe the topic effectively.
2.3 Analysation of the theories and principles of curriculum design
Curriculum design enables the teacher to provide all the learners equal opportunities
regardless of their background and culture. It enables the teacher to provide the effective learning
to provide to all the students to achieve the goals of learning. There are the three models of the
curriculum design which is topic centred, learner centred or the issues centred. As positive
connectivity are important to create in which the learner can interact with other learner as it
develops the understanding about the culture. Therefore, it helps the teacher to design the class

culture which involves the equal participation of the student so that they can achieve their
learning objectives.
3.1 The ways in which the resources are stored and classified
The main aim of storing or classified the resources as it helps to easy access or to retrieve
the data fast. The resources can be distributed on the basis of their attributes, approaches which is
made for the learning purpose. The learning resources can be stored on the basis of their nature
as it can be audio or video. Approach for storing the resources are as follows:
Traditional hard:
This approach of storing can require a large amount of space for storing the resources. In this the
data is stored in the centralized format so that everybody can access it. It provides the fast
retrieving of the data.
Information technology:
In such type of storing does not require the large space as it is based on the cloud system so that
it can easily access from anywhere.
Therefore these are the storing approaches which can be use to store the resources for
better access.
TASK 2
1.2 Effectiveness of the specific resources to meet the individual learning requirements
As the use of specific resources can enable the development in the individual to acquire the
knowledge. Tutor can begin with dividing the group of students for the project. This approach
will enable the student to interact with each other it also enhances their social skill. This
cooperative learning process enables the student to develop the oral communication skills, it also
enables encourage them to adapt the things fast or to solve the critical problem (Lubicz-
Nawrocka, 2018). This process will enable the student to engage in cross cultural activities so
that it enhances their knowledge.
2.1 Analyzation of the principles for resource design
Resource design is define as to improve the learning experience. The main purpose of this to
achieve the learning goals or to encounter any problem in delivery of learning process so that

improvement can be made. Principles for the resource design can be understood as meeting the
requirement of learning. The principle states that the learning experience involves the effective
environment through which the individual interact. Therefore for the learning environment there
should be maintenance of the learning resource as to ensure the entire student are equally treated
in learning program. Also tutor will provide the essential resources which is required to deliver
the learning course.
2.2 Evaluation of the sources which possess the resource development
The sources which can be use are formal or informal source for the resource development.
Formal sources involve the books and journal articles, peer reviewed, as through which the tutor
can encourage the students to take the subject journals to acquire the knowledge. Informal source
involves the podcasts, website blogs, and videos. Tutor can proceed to suggest their student to
watch the YouTube videos to gain practical knowledge which can foster the learning among the
student so that they will be able to achieve their learning goals.
2.4 Analysation of the ways in which the resources can be use to enables the inclusive approach
The ways for using the resources to implement the inclusive process are paper based learning
resource or the online platform. Tutor required enabling their student to take use of different
software which can enhance their knowledge power, also by playing different games so that it
can increase their learning power (Bovill, 2020). These are the effective ways which can
stimulate the learners’ brain so that they will develop their knowledge and skills about the
subject.
3.2 The ways of sharing the resources with other learning professionals
The ways are first to find the common resources which can help to create the catalogues of the
resources to make it available for other professional. Use of file storage which allows the user to
access the resources, in this both parties has the common interest. Other way is to upload the
resources on the tutor portal so that it can be easily accessible to the other professional. As
sharing of the resources allows saving the time (Jamil, M.G. and Isiaq, 2019) As it is no
beneficial point that two or more than two tutor will prepare the same lectures, therefore sharing
of resources can save the time which can be utilize to improve the learning process of the
individual.

2.5 Design the different resources in order to make learning process efficient
In order to make learning easy for the students there is need to be make some strategies that
helps in designing and shaping the learning process. It can be done by creating different session
for the topic. For example: A topic is hard to understand then there must be few sessions has
been conducted for that particular topic on regular basis. Taking few-session each day will result
in the better understanding of the topic. Along with this, for such topic that are easy to
understand, for them the long can be taken. So, more and more topics can be completed by the
teacher. (Acosta and Cajas, 2018). Using technology can be proven as much effective in terms of
increasing the learning power of the students. Using o different software and power point
presentation in order to explain the topic is much effective. These elements grab the attention of
the students and makes the process of teaching and learning more interesting. It results in
creating the urge in the students in terms of understanding the topic.
2.6 More resources that helps in meeting the individual needs of learners
Every student has a different capability in terms of understanding and learning. Therefore, it is
important to put focus on each individual. Providing separate notes and speaker notes in relation
of particular topic to the individual helps them in better understanding of the subject. Many
students can easily learn the topics and some students find hard to learn. For such students, the
teacher must give them extra notes. (Stanojević, Cenić and Cenić, 2018). The most effective
resource in terms of improving learning power is the communication. The efficient
communication helps in the clearing the doubts. In the classroom, the teacher must focus on
arranging group discussions. This enables students in sharing of their opinions and doubts. More
the doubts has been clear, more the capability of understanding increases. As a result learning
power becomes better.
5.1 Analysing the effectiveness of the resources in meeting the individual need of learners
Using resources such as, Special notes, speaker notes, creating long and few sessions on the basis
of topic and explaining the subject with the making of Poster and PPT has been proven much
effective in meeting individual need of learners. Here are some points that are efficient enough to
prove this:

Providing special and speaker notes related to a particular topic works as a support
system in the explaining the topic. (Zhang and Li, 2017). For example: In classroom the
topic has been described by the teacher along with this, additional notes has been given to
the students. Now, the students will recall that notes and this helps them in understanding
the session in more deeply.
Using Poster, diagram or PPT in describing the lessons attracts the attention of the
students towards the topic. These techniques enable them to create a desire in order to
learn the topics.
Effective communication clears the insecurities under the learners and boost them for
asking their doubts in relation of particular topic. This helps them to solve their doubts
and the better understanding of the topic or lessons.
5.2 Own ways and strength for increasing the effectiveness of the teaching and learning concept
In order to improve the quality of the teaching and learning process I approach different
methods for teaching. The methods should contain different ways for teaching a topic. This
should be done in order to make learning and understanding easy for the students. Here are my
ways that has been adopted in order to make teaching and learning effective:
Inquiry based teaching & learning- After the completion of every topic, I ask from each
student regarding the topic. This enables me to know “How many students got understood and
how many not” In order to make remaining student understand, I describe the topic to them
again.
Game based teaching & learning- In this approach students learn the things by playing
different games. This approach helps me in getting the attention of students towards learning.
The classroom has been divided in two teams and the question answer quiz has been performed.
5.3 Analysing the ways that leads to self-efficiency in terms of using the resources
In order to develop my own skills for teaching the students in effective manner I will focus on
understanding different software. There are large number of software that provides many
opportunities in terms of providing effective learning ways. Mu ultimate goal is to make my
students advance. Therefore, teaching them by using different software is my strategy. Along
with this, I will focus on establishing good communication in the classroom. This helps me in
making good interaction with my students. And they will feel free to ask any doubts.

CONCLUSION

process. Better understanding of these resources enables the teachers to guide their students in
