diversity within the learning environment. The Equality Act, 2010 is the lawful act which helps

and educating the learner’s at large scale. The perspectives of others are known by fully
educating and experiencing the selves. There are certain disadvantages also which are mentioned
as – There are certain language barriers, social tension is also created, the workplaces issues are
also counted (Chang, Milkman and et.al., 2019).
Instilling a positive attitude in learners in others such as support staff and other colleagues –
The positive attitudes within learners helps in addressing the aspects of creating the attitudes
which is helping to increase the value for learning at large scale. The advantages are concerned
with the performance in which the learners are able to deliver their productivity and are able to
learn the best within the learning environment. By instilling the positive attitude within learners,
the learners are able to create value by supporting the staff and other colleagues while framing
the learning programs for the learners. There are certain disadvantages which are – the learners
are not able to learn something new and deliver their best performance (Thompson, 2020).
How to engage with all the learners – Advantages - The engagement with all the learners is able
to create value for which learners are able to draw the attention towards learning. By framing and
conduction of the activities and tasks within the classroom, learners are able to engage within the
learning system which has been framed. There are major disadvantages when the learners are
not engaged within the learning process in the classroom. They are not able to diversify and
explore their learning patterns and needs. If the learners do not engage then they are unable to
analyse the aspects of self-development and other skills management processes.
How empowering of learners is done – Advantages - Empowering of learners is done by
motivating and indulging them into activities and tasks which engages them to perform better
and deliver effective results and productive performance (Fine, Sojo Monzon and Lawford-
Smith, 2020). The learners are empowered by keeping the viewpoint in consideration that what
are the positive aspects of learning within the inclusive learning environment. If learners are not
empowered then they will not perform effectively and will not be able to deliver their best
performance at large scale. This is the major disadvantage of how the employees are not able to
analyse the importance of learning within the inclusive learning environment.

evaluated for the learners at large scale. Th team work within community is encouraged by
knowing the different perspectives of team goals and objectives which are to be achieved at large
scale (Riccucci, 2021). The disadvantages of not working in the team with the community or
specialists will demotivate the learners and will not be able to engage themselves in the
activities. This will also create difficulties in learning process for each individual.

amount of discrimination which is observed within the members of organization
(Rogelberg, 2021).

treatment should be provided to the employees and that they are not bullied. The policy
communicates to all employees and other members of the Daffodils Nursery in any instance will
tolerate bullying behaviour within the organization (Juvonen, Lessard and et.al., 2019). This is
the major advantage of this policy. The disadvantage of this policy is that not all employees are
aware of this policy therefore, they face such bullying and bad behaviour from others.
The risks of not promoting inclusion are that the employees will not be able to engage
themselves into proper learning environment which is offered within Daffodils Nursery and this
will create issues by affecting the behaviour and the relations with other employees and can also
affect the productivity at large scale (Salter and Migliaccio, 2019). The learners my not feel

knowledge, need for ego enhancement, need for exploration, need for manipulation, need for
