Management operations are those type of operations which deals with administration of practices
that creates highest level of efficiency possible within an organization. These operations are
focused over utilizing of labour and resources in such a manner that they help in achieving of
goals and objectives of an organization with full efficiency. Scope of these are very wide in
nature because they deal with all kind of aspects which are very important for an organization to
grow and helps them in achieving of goals and object. This file is going to be based over
Sainsbury which is based in UK and has its headquarters in London. Things to be covered in this
file are various theories related to management and leadership, characteristics of leadership.
Then under a situation role of manager is going to be explained. In the end strength and
