Assessment of marketing is to examine about product and service for distribution and
promotes in marketplace (Couzin, 2018). The main purpose of the potential is about new product
by investing new business ideas and innovation to evolve in environment forces by product
development.

1.Common challenges and barriers to effective communication.
Effective communication: It is a process of interchanging about innovation and ideas,
thought along with knowledge and valuable information provide within the purpose of
having intention is fulfilled as per optimum level of possible manner (Kim and et. al., 2019).
As there is may barrier creates a miscommunication which destruct relationship between
two parties.
In following there are some barriers and challenges which describes in workplace context:
Language: this is a source of medium in which two or more people communicate.
It depend upon sender and receiver where if they uses excessive term that difficult
to understand through receiver.
Disorganised messages: When the words framing in inappropriate way or not
proper way can not for powerful message where it losses real meaning and sense.
Overload of information: When unnecessary messages involves in particular
message that reduces the effective communication person ability which makes
keeps extended period.
Challenges of effective communication:
Inconsistency of Communication: At the time of communication start from the
beginning where many grievances appears in form of unaware about message, lack
of clarity, and people usually becomes predicts incorrect information (Selvi and et.
al., 2019).
Relying on Technology factor: Through this challenge can make people dependent
in nature which is one of negative factor. Specially when having a difficult message

workplace.
2. Effective strategies to overcoming in communication barriers.
As effective communication is essential and it plays a major role in workplace, but due to
some barriers it creates the whole scenario impact in negative way. For that there are many
overcame strategies from communication barriers effectively:
Clarity of message before convey: If an individual sharing its message he/she must
consider that message have clear sound to convey to others and it involves some sort
of sense in it.
Communicate as per receiver requirement: The practise of sender must have
communicate in sense of receiver point of view, by provides only valuable message
which helps to make them better understand.
Be aware: In during communication must clarity of language which is using it must
consider on the basis of understanding of that particular language to others.
Feedback: This is one of the best practise after ending of communication feedback
from experts or people can helps to improve in vocabulary or reflect about flow in
communication traits (Selvi and et. al., 2019).
Be a good listener: As working place people must be communicate in effective
manner as it helps to clarity in communication factor where it build up better
understanding.
3. Discuss importance of cultural awareness.
Cultural awareness is type of appraisal one’s own and other cultures within high competency
(Simbolon and et. al., 2019). The ability of individual enhance to assort better development
in norms, rules and ethics which comprise.
In following there is importance of cultural awareness in workplace:
By diversity creates an opportunity for employees where they can gain more
knowledge related aspects learning for new culture adaptation.
Different part of discrimination can creates barriers where culture provide equality
in better way to approach. By showing them main values where they could retain
better discipline in their behaviour in organisation.
