partnership working.

partnership which will help to understand their requirement(Thompson, 2011).
 Families: This are people who know each and every individual behaviour but to remove
various conflict its required the partnership working with families.

within boundaries of my roles and responsibilities to achieve the goal of individual and personal
goals of the organisation. For all the individual have various goals which need to achieve in any
way(Adair, 2009). If all the people are not able to agree on these objectives that will create huge
conflict in the firm.

maximization. Working with partners are the good opportunity to contribute new learning and
unique ideas for the success of the company business. Partnership process creates the

opportunity to work with partnership. This gives good experience to each other person in order to
enhance the future opportunity.

Develop skills of people: To make good relation with others in the work place,
individual needs to develop new talent and interpersonal skills to get attract from any senior.

Schedule time to build relationship: schedule the overall work at workplace in order to
meet the friends and colleague. Relationship makes new development opportunity in order to
