INTRODUCTION
Presentation skills are important area and a part of every business activity. Presentation
skills are become most vital for an individual to represent their own thought, ideas and values
through delivering communication. In modern world, every organisation seeks employees who
have vital skills to utilise technology in an appropriate manner (Roobeek, and.et.al. 2018).
Therefore, presentation skill is one of them which will be useful for presenting the concept to
grab audience attention. This report is going to clearly describe about the use of presentation
skills which is taught by Bradbury and how it would be helpful for individual success. There will
be demonstration of various presentation facts, structure and criteria that are required in business,
and making public relations. All these are helpful for own self to learn and evaluate what is
required for personal improvement.

. In the modern era of technology, use of Microsoft is taking extensive rise in every
working place. According to Bradbury, An individual needs to have presentation skills which
keep their thoughts, values and ideas in professional manner. The presentation skills required in
every field whether it is educational and business management purpose, an effective presentation
will showcase a positive sight of an individual through analysing their knowledge and written or
verbal skills (Bradbury, 2006). The main reason of developing presentation skill is to enhance
professionalism in way of delivering one's thoughts and ideas to others. This requires skill of
high tech development which will helps in learning all the format, structure, layout to deliver the
presentation in right way. As per the Bradbury, Presentation skills are itself an appropriate set of
skills which creates ability to get rid with the fear of public skills. There are many importance
and usefulness of delivering presentation in right manner. The individual will lead to boost its
confidence in both verbal and written manner (Shah, Taylor, and Bradbury-Jones, 2022). Public
speaking is not a normal task for everyone. It is usually develop by facing the situation in
practical manner. It influence on the individual behaviour that will create individual life goals
and make them able to attract from it. Bradbury shown how the people could manage the anxiety
and problems while structuring own presentation.

When I will get confidence in speaking and writing, my communication will become
effective in each area of life. The Bradbury has discussed the chapters of presentation skills in
which first are to determine the aims and structure. The middle chapters involve the reading and
the other represents presentation delivery. For that instance, the stress will get reduced. When
communication and presentation of ideas and thought become clear, it makes everything sorted
and out of confusion zone (Zamfir, 2019). This will eliminate situation of miss communication
that will impact in build great career potential and open gate for many opportunities in the
current business world. Presentation skills involve a lot of things which matters while giving
public speeches, reflecting presentation and its structure. It all includes body language, gesture
and outlook of the power point presentation. There is requirement of the essential need for

In my own experience, when I was learning presentation skills, I used to get confuse
about how to structure the presentation due to which I always get failed to be competitive with
others. Then I found that, giving structure to my presentation I need to apply basic concept which
has taught by Bradbury. From the sources of successful presentation skills, there are many things
that are utilised in the creating the presentation in an effective manner. This shows that, I have
learned about good writing and researching skills which are most appropriate in presenting good
and valid data in the presentation. This shows that in order to carry out professional practice and
to create business presentation that will show great idea, innovation and to attract investors, the
skills identified in that presentation is all about getting clear with the structure, use of technology
and IT. This is better presentation of the ideas and thoughts which build corporate relations and
give a new start up to the business. Therefore, it also develops effective entrepreneurial skills
which emphasize on showing own ideas and be an inspiration for others. So, it is required for an
individual to have these skills for undertaking the right knowledge of presenting the facts. From
the relevant source of Bradbury, I have learned that communication is very much significant in
both present and future time. So, my main focus is on learning communication in future. So, I
will involve is university speeches and debates to get rid of my fear. For example, to complete
the projects and assignment as a student, presentation skills are required to get good marks or
grades. Whereas, while working at any organisation the business will require effective set of data
to be presented in PowerPoint format (Hanifaand, Yusra, 2018). So that, in order to cope up with
the current business requirements, use of PowerPoint as well as other Microsoft factors are

crucial. Therefore, it has ascertained that, I have also learned enthusiasm and honesty while
learning from the source. The people will not get attracted towards the boring topic of
presentation and uninterested themes. This impact on attracting the right people which is a loss.
Therefore, I need to get rid of communication barriers and leads to impact on my virtual
presentation skills. Therefore, I will provide my best efforts in order to learn good presentation
manner. It will helps in giving my aim a clear path. As I want to strata my own business or start-
up. For that instance, I will easily manage to make my idea present in the power point. The
Bradbury has analysed that, an individual could do anything if the aim and objectives are set.
Through which, I will attract investors, employee and customer towards my new idea. It will
remove my fear of public speaking and there will be better guidance about how to achieve these
objectives. I will work on my posture, gesture to treat other that will help me in developing
relations. These skills are highly essential in order to provide effective practices which gives
assistance to the team building in the business function as per the Bradbury (Kotamena, and.et.al.
2020). After learning presentation skill, I will need to have good knowledge about the
PowerPoint to make my content precise and well structured.
CONCLUSION
The report has concluded that, presentation skills are every time essential for the
individual whether for students or employees. These skills are taking lead in the current market
that judges the behaviour and attitude of a person. Therefore, the report has shown many skills
found in the source which are must to have great presentation skills. For that instance, it is
require learning good communication, structure and formats to make graphs, tables and makes
content concise. This will help in working on my goals and objectives that will helps in attaining
success and be an inspirational personality.
