ABC is an surpassing and dedicated sales, marketing and communication professional in
real estate considering the long term career in real estate. It is also well known as the most
energetic and achieved real estate sales person that has solid reputation for the ethical practice
and professionalism. For this, the role of individual is quite integral in terms of improving the
productivity for the significant act of business and also tends to deliver the significant services
regarding the excellence to customers. In terms of this, the prominent success factor and position
is to put emphasis for gaining the new business, project marketing and also enhance the
operating platform by launching the new idea and also develop overall connected culture
(Belniak and Radziszewska-Zielina, 2019).
By this, the effective execution of key marketing initiatives and role is to make sure
effective alignment with the effective brand strategy of company and the business plan
objectives. For this, I as a sales person and manager always tends to focus on effective
interpersonal and communication skills which is useful in recognising the sales property which is
all about the customers. In terms of this, I as a sales manager need to develop and implement
effective annual marketing plan by considering the marketing initiatives from the perspective of
customers. I also help team in their pitches and also make business to win the effective process
considering the effective preparation of major client presentation, marketing campaigns, project
manage pitches and so on. To perform the roles and responsibilities of sales manager it is
important to have effective communication skills as these are important in terms of prominently
communicating with individuals and also induces them to purchase their commodities by
developing healthy healthy relations.
Along with this, to develop the profile of senior leaders, it is important to align with the
uniqueness and also specialised as the personal brand. Along with this, I also need to develop
and execute a thorough internal communications and engagement plan in terms of driving the
dominance of brand considering the marketing excellence for the office that leads to increase the
public relations, digital advertising, online listing, press advertising, copy writing quality and
frequent adoption of new mediums. Furthermore, my major role is to implement, co-ordinate and
monitor the marketing and branding regarding effective communication of company that leads to
create communication across media in terms of managing the media planning and also consider

2020).
Moreover, the other duties undertake effective launching and coordinating with the brand
activation and concerning initiatives and promotions. I also responsible for post sales
communication for the customers and also help in terms of delivering prominent services
considering the brand promise. I also need to undertake the desire and want of my customer
considering the priority and also make effective point for consultation in terms of keeping them
informed at the every stage of the sales process. I also need to grasp the real estate business as a
whole considering the specific knowledge regarding the sale of residential properties.
