organisation serves the people in need. To keep the patients
happy, the managers over there are adhered to a sequential
planning process. Every month, the the average number of the
patients admitted are been tracked. Then, according to the needs
of them, the resources are acquired by the managers , like, beds,
sanitary products, first aid kits, other equipments etc. They are
acquired in surplus quantity to treat the patients in emergency.
Similarly, the care takers are hired accordingly to have an easy
