It is important for every organisation to plan and manage the
resources to attain the target with efficiency. It should be among
one of the basic strategy of the managers while planning for a
particular task. In this report , emphasis is thrown on the
resource planning and management of National Health

Planning is done by the managers of all the business organisation
to beat the competitors of the target market. Resource planning
and management is also done by the managers to get the

can be defined as the systematic approach to accomplish the

organisation serves the people in need. To keep the patients

of them, the resources are acquired by the managers , like, beds,
sanitary products, first aid kits, other equipments etc. They are
acquired in surplus quantity to treat the patients in emergency.
Similarly, the care takers are hired accordingly to have an easy
flow of work.

Forecasting can be defined as a prediction or estimation of the

recruiting human resources, cost for procuring medicines or any
new equipments, cost incurred in providing food to the patients,
etc. All these are calculated while making the budget for the
successful organisation.

To conclude we can say that it is important to plan and manage
the resources in any organisation to reach the target with
maximum productivity. For this , the managers have to
