Introduction
Social media are recognised as computer mediated technologies which are facilitated by
creation and sharing of ideas, interests and forms of expression via virtual communication and
networks for effective business communication. This particular variety has been further built on
social media which has been currently been able to introduce the challenges of the same. In the
recent times some of the most common features of social media has been witnessed with
interactive Web 2.0 Internet based applications, various types of user generated content, digital
photos and users creating specific profiles for the websites or the apps by the social media
organizations.
Background
As per the previously discussed topics we have been able to know about the different
types of social media which are used appropriately in the business communication. Some of
these include Facebook, Snapchat, Skype and Instagram. It has been further learnt that the social
media platforms such as Facebook is considered to be effective with wage communication within
the same interface. The groups using Facebook has been able to bring improvement in allowing
the employees o share the information based on the information, images and questionnaires.
Similarly Skype has been mostly effective for conducting business meeting and effective in
waging communication for business communication with team o employees globally. The
companies are seen to achieve branded messages which are shared to larger section of audience
where the employees are able to add to the existing stories.

having more 700 million users having capacity to prove effective in attracting millennial talents
