knowledge of a particular subject matter. That report is based on importance of skills and
knowledge in life of an individual and it is very much crucial for a student to consciously take

target. Leadership skill is very difficult to get but it is most valuable skill required for any good
company (TCottrell, 2013). While studying a degree students have to complete many group
projects and it will help in developing leadership quality in an individual by delegating tasks and
completion of task.
Time management skills
By studying a degree, individual can improve time management skills and understand
how to prioritize tasks in hand. Many people have high knowledge about work but do not
understand how to manage time to complete all task in given time. Time management is a skill to
organize valuable times to become more productive.
Organisation skills
Organisation is a core academic skill a person can develop by succeeding education.
Every individual have to manage and organise task and thing on daily basis while studying a

degree. This skill help person to develop ability of multitasking in company (Fallows, S. and
Steven, 2013.).

Strength
I examine myself and found that I am efficient
in reading and always remain curious to know
various things and attributes that proved
beneficial for me to reach at career goals and
choose one of best university as per my study
objectives.
Weaknesses
In my major weaknesses that to lead in that
competitive work environment, I have to be
enough capable to communicate and lead
people in better way so that I can be able to
achieve desirable goals and objectives in better
way.
Opportunities
the major opportunities in front of me that I am
interested to read about new facts and matters
that proved beneficial for me to compete in
that fierce competitive world and remain
always superior.
Threats
As mentioned above that to lead in competitive
world an individual should be proficient in
communication, leadership and time
management that skills and qualities lack in me
so that creates hazardous effects for me.
To overcome from major weaknesses and threats it is very necessary to build a strong plan with
measurable goals that are as follows:
To develop time management skill firstly needed areas in which I always late to accomplish
goals at right time. In that case time required to manage activities and time is 6 months. For that I
make a long plan in which all activities should be mentioned in clear way.
To get proficiency in leadership I have to firstly study about ways to develop leadership skills
and it takes almost 2 years. In that I participate in various seminars and occasions so that I able to
remove hesitation.

CONCLUSION
From the above report it has been summarised that individual have to focus on major
strength and weak areas and majorly work on them by build plan and goals. To remain always
competitive in market place individual have to focus on communication, leadership and manage
time and activities in proper way so that desirable goals and objectives should be achieved.
