This project investigates effective talent management strategies within the travel and tourism industry, using Thomas Cook as a case study. The study employs secondary research from books, journals, and research work, along with primary research through questionnaires administered to Thomas Cook employees. Data analysis reveals that training and development sessions are essential, and providing professional development opportunities helps retain employees. Findings highlight the importance of effective leadership and company culture. The project concludes by recommending strategies such as continuous feedback and participative leadership to attract, manage, and retain talented personnel.
