are very effective. managers are more focusing on providing rewards and recognition to the
employees so that they could feel more motivated. From the above it is been conclude that
managers should focus on growth opportunities and training and development sessions so that
employee skills can be increased and they could develop their living standards. the challenges
like increasing in employee’s turnover rates and poor hiring strategies can be solved by retaining
employees for long time and this will help the organisation in increasing their profitability.
Recommendation
From the above it has been recommended to the company that Samsung should more focus
on training of the employees so that their skills could be increased. They should consider all the
employees in a same manner so that there could not be any biasness among them and they should
conduct employee’s engagement programs to make their culture positive and healthy which
brings productivity in the business environment and employees will share their views and beliefs
with each other. talent management strategies will help organisation in looking forward and
managing their employees demand and needs. If employees are getting motivated than this will
