Introduction
In the business environment, there are various professions which are opted by the individuals in
accordance with their skills, interest and capabilities. Teaching is the business profession which
has been selected in this essay (Bastable, et. al., 2019). To understand any work or activity, the
proper study is very important because without proper guidelines and instruction nothing can be
done effectively. The teacher or instructor is a person who transforms a child into a student by
putting efforts and professionalism. Teaching profession is not the easy job to perform because
various things that a teacher needs to understand such as its main responsibilities, duties,
respect towards its occupation, equity, identification of his role, etc.
In this study, it has been mentioned how a teacher can identify its responsibilities which can be
helpful for him to increase the consistency in his occupational role. The teacher is required to
develop its professional and occupational skills in order to increase its professional status,
power, education and influencing power (Bennett, et. al., 2015). All the key factors have been
identified in order to analyze work potential.

There is a massive platform to grow the status and performance by using the strategies and
approaches in regards with doing the work in a systematic way. The recognition of the
responsibilities of a teacher is not an easy task. The techniques and strategies used by the
teacher must be helpful to carry out the activities like motivation and influencing others (Cooper
and Travers., 2012). The teacher should perform an active role in providing education to its
students. Being an educator, the teacher should be a good influence or messenger in order to
serve correct and appropriate information to others. Other always looks up to their teachers as a
mentor so the teacher should operate on morale and values in order to reflect a clean personality
to others. In order to build up great teaching experience, the teacher has skills to wind up the
session within an expected time which helps to control and manage the time. It helps to build an
extensive teaching experience throughout a teaching career. The morale and reflection of a
teacher depends on his schooling, background, learning and good society.
The highly educated and advanced analytical skills help to build up genuine teacher
development. The efforts and exertion are incurred by the teacher to become more reflective
analytic towards the work. There is a number of practical theories which included by the teachers
in their practices to acquire good results and uplift the performances. The code of ethics and
morale also is the biggest aspects which need to be identified. The rightful activity should be
done by the teacher in order to maintain ethics and morale (Cooper and Travers, 2012). A teacher
is less likely to follow the other activities and techniques so the denying to the opportunities
which persist them to change the style. The meaning is too small to identify the term teacher
because the recognition of the reflection is a very important key factor that what and how they
are reflecting. Teachers are required to understand the methods that cover lead discussions,
complex concepts, student learning, managing classrooms, and many more things. The
connection of teacher with the social justices and legal obligations helps them to promote the
student understanding. The good decision making on a daily basis is also very essential in every
sense. It helps to create awareness in the work and assist to departmentalize the work.
There is something behind the teacher that his learners always use to say they want to become
like their mentor (Mockler, 2011). The teacher is the person who put the skills and abilities in his

learners to get ways of success. Everything of a teacher matters in terms of delivering a message
to its learners. A student follows the ideas of his teacher to become like him and get success in
life. There are numerous activities done by the teacher in the school premises which make the
activities exciting and interesting. Teachers introduce various engagement programs in order to
make the learners participative in all curricular activities which develop and establish area of
responsibility in learners. A teacher always inspires its students to play with the ideas and taught
them how to go further with the help of his experience (ten Cate, et. al., 2011). The ideas of a
teacher directly affect the mindset of any student which provides finishing touch to the mind of
learners and enhancing the student learning skills. The teacher is not only made the student feels
good about the environment of school but also make improvise their results which actually
increase the achievement of students. In the event of making the student extra-ordinary, the skills
used by the teacher are vocal abilities, substance knowledge, qualification status, methods to use
the range of teaching skills, enthusiastic performance in actively participating in student’s work.
The responsibilities that are outlined during his duty in various forms like formal training &
development, the qualification degrees of required field, being taught about work, higher
expectations from the work of students, deliver extra efforts to preparing instructions, effective
classroom management & organization, organizing engagement programs & assignment for
students, monitor the performance of students with the help of pre & post assignment classes and
make the students initiative by teaching them how to express the feelings and ideas. These are
the duties of a good and effective teacher which can create effective surroundings on the
premises. There is also a study was performed by superior authors that the comparison between
the teachers who produce more achievement of students than the teachers who produce less
achievement of students (ten Cate, et.al., 2011). This study identified the grading system of
students with high performances as well as the students who score average marks this research
was done in order to check the time and potential of students.
There are other components also which identifies the key factors of highly qualified and highly
effective teaching. The policies of education are determined by the significance of classrooms
teachers moreover, prospectus stands and assessments. Several strategies are followed by the
teachers in order to build consistency in the work and establish high-quality teaching. In order to
become a licensed teacher, the degree must be contained by the teacher at least a bachelor degree

must be contained by the teacher in order to get certified. The license or certification of any
teacher is the sign of high-quality teacher but still, these factors are not adequate for an effective
teacher. It is the set of the disposition of array that includes the planning, organizational,
instructional and assessment skills. The responsibility of a highly effective teacher is to provide
clear vision to the ideas of learners and instructional goals (Vargo and Lusch., 2016). A highly
effective teacher always is good from the beginning of the task that covers all the key factors of
the entire task. The skills of highly effective teaching always yield a high number of educated
students.
Success and Downfall
Another thing is coming out from this research that there are also some conditions where the
teaching also faces downfall in the performance in order to identify the critical key factors. The
biggest drawback of a teacher is to fight with the failure in the life but it doesn’t fall down the
performance of teacher because getting success and high-quality work is the part of a teacher,
similarly the downfall or failure is also a part of a teacher. The study analysis of failure identifies
some element which plays a significant role in getting success by defeating the downfall in
performances (Vargo and Lusch., 2016). The work covers some key factors such as vanish the
word F from the dictionary of leadership that enhancing the grammar skills and excellent
composition which imposes good results in expressing the performances and remove the chance
of failure. Identify what skulks the language of failure-ism because of a lot of motivational
speakers says that if they become open to failure than some good happens in order to identify the
critical elements to improve. Forward look towards psychology because it is very important to
deals with the psychology of children. The mindset of children is very sensitive in order to
abolish and refine them. Learners will understand only those things which a teacher let them
understand (Vezzoli, et. al., 2017). The timely arrangement of resources and proper
accountability of responsibilities is more forward-looking towards good resulting and immense
success. The teaching pattern is always being in the observation of classrooms by the students in
order to find the reflective areas. The observation is also done by the principal of the school
around three or four times in a day that how the teacher acts. The performance of a teacher
always gets reviewed by the principle in several ways. Therefore, the teacher must obey the rules
and regulations in order to get success and a high number of achievements.

In this study, it has been mentioned that how the teacher can cover its critical factors to become
the most effective teacher with highly qualified teaching skills. The main functional area of
getting success in the work field is to get observed by the principle of the school in various forms
such as teacher needs to reduce becoming artificial, recommend an monitoring strategy to the
observer, contain the limited validity depends on the observer, narrow scope that is restricted to
instructional skills and includes small demonstrations of teachers actually work with the students
(Vezzoli, et.al., 2017). Thus, the teacher can showcase the good existence publically and increase
the efficiency to get high-quality results.
