A manufacturing organization corporation markets one unique product. A team will work
together over a nine-month frame of time to develop a proposal for business. High performing
team characteristics include deep and solid trust in the purpose of the team and each other. This
team will refer a group of focused individual with complementary skills and specialized
expertise that collaborate, produce consistency, and innovate superior result. The group will
pursue excellence performance through shared leadership, shared goals, open communication,
and trust among its members. The outcome of the organization is to develop and grow strategies
of the organization. The following discussion will cover the functional area, reasons,
characteristics, objectives, strategies, and measurement.
Functional Area
Human resource
In organization team member of human resource build class to increase productivity
(Markus, 2012). They all will help to build productive employees in the organization. Training
and monitoring will help the organization to cross-train team members to fill the vacant place.
Accounting/Finance
A team member will be responsible for the reporting, recording including account
payable, financial reporting, maintaining financial control, payroll and account receivable.
Marketing/Sales
These team members will promote the organization with the sale of services and
products. These will help the organization to get the necessary research to identify target
audience and customers.

The functional area of human resources is staffing, recruiting, compensations,
compliance, and human resources information systems (Port, 2016). This will help the
organization to deal with the scheduling time and productivity to suit workers. This will help a
team member to work with the actions to solve the problems.
This functional area will be reporting the work of the organization. The department of
accounting team will be stable with the pivotal growth of the organization. Role of a team
member is to interpretation and measure of financial information.
This functional area advanced market at the global level with the recognition of a brand
and new ideas of product. Role of a team member will be advertising, sales, adopting, and
promotion of the products of the organization.
Characteristics of effective team members
Knowledge
A team member should have the knowledge to solve the problems with the
responsibilities and reliability to complete the task with the proper knowledge of rules within the
deadlines.
Skills
A team member should have the skills to respect and support the organization like a
problem solver and always be ready to help. This will help the organization to put genuine
commitment towards clients.

statement. This will include direct communication with the team members. This mission
statement will include the methods of direct communication and process stick to it. This will help
the organization to achieve the exact goals by filling the expectations and priorities. This will
help to set roles within the team members of the organization. This will increase the sales of the
organization within a few months. Perceived security will feasible the value of the goals without
waste of time and efforts to achieve a seemingly pointless goal. This will also enhance the goals
with confidence and assertiveness.
Strategies for communication, delegating responsibility, making decisions, and handling conflict

As a good leader, it is necessary to delegate tasks to employees (Bartling, 2011). This is
